- Trading analysis -monday trading meeting -critical path -the full buying process -how to optimize a buy to get the most sales -really good relationship with my co-workers -I love what I do so I am willing to on the occasion work till late

Quick learning
Receive and store shipping materials in a stockroom. Deliver stockroom materials to internal and external customers. Assist stockroom staff in organizing and managing stockroom. Ensure compliance of stockroom procedures in handling customers' stocks.
Pros: Fun environment with an understanding manager
Cons: Busy days of days of delivery of goods, front store work during month ends and promotional days.

Easy to be around
I am outgoing, accepting, and friendly enjoining everything and make things more fun for others by their enjoyment, I like action and make things happen. I find remembering facts easier than mastering theories also best in situation that need common sense and practical ability with people, I am self –driven and dislike working with lazy people. I love my job and make it my priority I also like reaching target, I can work well under pressure and make sure my colleagues, boss and clients are happy because their happiness matters most

Excellent learning curve
co-working 8hours a day Have the best relationship with staff ,upskilling and grooming them so that when promotion opportunities come they became suitable for positions IT was a huge learning curve to work with my Team I have learned a lot exponentially during our emt open meetings to give them a chance to speak out expertiall on our Action plans I enjoyed to be in Retail industry working with different people of different races it was much interesting most challenging aspects of the job was diversion making as a manager maybe when solving or coming with the solution it was very challenging

Out working technic
I'm a hard working person I learn fast my parents own small business I normally help where they needed help. I'm used to being a hard worker, work must be done on time. Playing good product procejers first in first out.

Company exec and top heavy, room for growth poor
Reviewing Sales Meeting with junior brand managers, planners and store managers understand issues affecting previous weeks trade and action to take this week to improve. Weekly feedback to International teams Store visits Store staff training, inspiring teams Most challenging part of business is being instructed by Execs to do functions that you know is not right for International or growing the business.
Pros: Largest retailer in Country
Cons: Top heavy with focus on getting rid of International Brand when international Brand should be looked at as your USP vs competitors

Procurement Officer - Good oppertunity
The company offered alot of oppertunities to improve their staff. The percs were good .Most staff communicated well with each other.I learned alot about my own abilities. I mostly enjoyed working with different teams.ThDifficult aspects was when someone didn't complete their tasks because it could affect your workflow.Other than that it was an houner to work for the company. If it had not closed down i believe i would have still worked there

Big drive of daily stand up which create alignment across different sections and BU's, accelerates collaboration and true reporting of status quo. Exdellent In depth decision making process with faster high turn around times. Theres no lag when it comes to making a decision. Frequent engagements if company strategic objectives which creates directions, high involvement of employees and most employees being hands on in aiming to achieve the set goals. Demonstrate great sense of caring for employees and appreciate excellence and innovation. Cashflow challenges creates delay in projects which have great prospects on the companies turnaround strategy.

EXCELLENT LEARNING OPPERTUNITIES
Working for Edcon was a big challenge and also a great opportunity. I've gained a lot of experience. I was promoted as a visual merchandiser and also broaden my horizon and skills. Working for Edcon made me who I am today. I'm blessed and also highly favored by God to work for such a company cause edcon is a company that uplift there people to oppertunities and multifunctional in al areas.
