I have been doing Release Management for the past 12 years and Change Management six years.
Typical work day is to review and analyze all change requests with a view to minimize the risks for deployment. We are a team of 5 workers whereby all changes are investigated in detail to ensure quality governance. We live in a changing environment and in order to ensure that our business is protected at all times. I enjoy working with with my staff and as long as the job gets done. The most challenging part of my job is when things go wrong and in turn learning how to root the problem at it's core.

Well, i start my day by coming in a litte bit earlier so there is no need to rush, done all bankings, admin, and go thro the day work, meeting with the guys concerning the targets, where we at regarding the figures for the month, pray n start the day on a positive note. Handling all customer queries, my monthly reports

Excellent leaning curve
Like challenges To be productive everyday Meeting daily target I have learned to communicate well with the customers Dealing with different types of people and manage to handle most of the queries well. I take my job very seriously Amy weakness is that I love to be productive everyday and sometimes worry about my work too much and not taking enough time to socialize with colleagues while my work is behind

Work life experiences
This was a great learning ground where we built relationships and automatically where you needed to swim as it was a fast pace environment . Our typical day involved anyalsing then reacting to executing strategy plans that you have mapped out for department so that you achieve your KPI's. Managing the critical path of the buying cycle, This involves extensive negotiation with suppliers and other partners. Mentoring someones your assistants or buyers. Its a very versatile environment and very exciting, challenging and never boring. I have learnt to be professional, pay attention to detail, work under pressure, be resilient and tough while being and achiever daily. Small milestones always are work in progress to final outcome. I have learnt good leadership, being flexible and adaptable is vital to the success of any team. I discovered I love teamwork.

The Operations Management Development Programme gave a lot more learning experience in the company
I have experience on working in public sector and retail expertise hence I fully engage myself into daily conditions. I started as an Operational Manager in a SETA Development Programme where theoretical learning was with the University of Pretoria and physical practice was with Edcon. I was a duty manager in Edgars Red Square Pavilion from June 2014, December I was the Acting Store Operation Manager in Red Square Vincent Park, January to May 2015 I was the Acting Store Manager in Red Square Pinetown. June 2015 to April 2016 a Financial Manager in Red Square Midlands Mall. In the time I was in Midlands I was also care taking the other Red Square in Cascades on monthly bases. I also worked as a Payroll trainee at Velociti Call Centre, other duties included reception, data capturing and invoicing.
Pros: The opportunity for promotional is extremely low as the company was re trenching a lot of departments and highly ranked personnel in the company

Stakeholder Relationship building and process stream line
Large organisation's turn to have divisions and it bole comes difficult to perfome your role without a help of Business Partners and it is also not easy to get a buy in from your partners if you can't present your proposal
Pros: Initiatives and plans are easily executed when processes are clearly communicated and business partners are on board.
Cons: Some employees might be forced by the principles to adhesr but it will not be an easy relationship, so it is always advisable to know or have people's skills.

Excellent learning curve with no growth
Work was good ,good relationship with co worker and I Have learned a lot most challenging part was doing administration but there was no growth inside the company

Good customer experience
I love my job it allows me to make people look beautiful and confident at all times and help improve the way they look at themselves. But a person likes change once i a while to improve they way we live
