Exxon is a great company and treats staff with respect and humanity.It cares for its workers and trusts workers . It has a wonderful working environment.The the relationship between worker workers and employees is great and sufficient.Every i sovula is treated fairly and with respect.Working at this company was a great experience.

Strategic management across all sectors of the company
Edcon no longer exits, it was sold off in 2020 after being in business rescue. Edgars was sold to Retailability based in Durban, Jet was sold to Foschini Group based in Cape Town and the rest of the business was dissolved.

Good communication skills
You got to learn a lot about customer satisfaction and that improve my communication and listening skills, learnt to be more patient with people. there's was long working hours which we had to get used to them for the company's benefit and sometimes we has to take half of our break just to get the work done in time, it wasn't a bing problem because we used to get benefits afterwarda. I am ready to start doing something related to my course, I willing to relocate, learn as much as possible and to benefit the company as much as I can.

My work is like my second home
My work is like my second home because of the relationship we share as colleagues, were a team that works together and assist and help each other at all times, we build each other everyday. When i got to edcon i was clueless and within a short period of time i enjoyed waking up and going to work, meeting new customers everyday is so amazing cause they all come to me for help some would ask for advice on certain things regarding fashion and I'm there to help, working for edcon has been an amazing experience, thank you.

A nice experience
I get to meet different people,i also like to work as a team,I like servicing customers even though it not nice when I have rude customers and they Will call me names.

Stakeholder Relationship building and process stream line
Large organisation's turn to have divisions and it bole comes difficult to perfome your role without a help of Business Partners and it is also not easy to get a buy in from your partners if you can't present your proposal
Pros: Initiatives and plans are easily executed when processes are clearly communicated and business partners are on board.
Cons: Some employees might be forced by the principles to adhesr but it will not be an easy relationship, so it is always advisable to know or have people's skills.

I jiattje stuff its great, all pushing customers service everybody is looking for sale and always pushing customers service and out a smile on our customers and also building c and also if we have our days but at times tje managers turn and their favoritism and lientele

Edcon has developed an excellent culture through driving respect and honesty among employees. Big drive of daily stand up which create alignment across different sections and BU's, accelerates collaboration and true reporting of status quo. Exdellent In depth decision making process with faster high turn around times. Theres no lag when it comes to making a decision. Frequent engagements if company strategic objectives which creates directions, high involvement of employees and most employees being hands on in aiming to achieve the set goals. Demonstrate great sense of caring for employees and appreciate excellence and innovation. Cashflow challenges creates delay in projects which have great prospects on the companies turnaround strategy.
