Learned a lot of skills that I would like to utilise in Hospitality industry
Learned a great deal and would like to work for other industries- Hospitality. I enjoy working with people, as I learn a thing or two every day. My objective is to ensure that all projects undertaken are completed with accuracy and commitment to the principles of good governance. I continuously strive for quality output together with repeated and consistent delivery. In addition to my ability to work independently as well as part of a team, I endeavour to perform to the best of my ability at whatever task I am assigned. I offer effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high pressure situations. My skills include financial reporting, accounting, auditing and financial management. In addition to the ability to pay attention to detail, I provide a dedication to continuous learning and improvement. I am able to adapt to changing situations, whilst effectively preparing reports, and attending to audit queries from clients.

Need to learn something new
my work experience is now 12 years at the bank, I enjoy giving great customer service to clients. my work colleagues are great we don't have issues with each other great team work, I worked in 3 different departments so I have learned allot during my years here. my most challenging aspect of my job is when its travel season we do get lots of orders so then there is not enough hours in a day

Learning and great opportunities
I love the environment the team spirit im learning as I grow in the company I have achieved a lot ever since I started working for FNB my challenge is the hours that I work and that my job is far from where I stay, it is costing me on petrol and services of my vehicle and I have to wake up two or three extra hours early to be at work

Excellent environment for Leadership building
Salary is good and the comission, good working conditions, you become motivated everyday, they have nice friendly staff, supportive, they are very innovative , they introduce new technology everyday to make banking easier, everyone plays their part, you learning everyday , the job is challenging thats I like it, you become self developed, you learn how to handle tough situations , you meet different people everyday, some are happy, some are sad, some are angry.
Pros: They have variety of products to sell
Cons: Sometimes the system goes offline and the customers get very angry

Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties. I treat customers and fellow colleagues in a manner I would like to be treated, as ultimately, what keeps an organisation striving is the ability to identify customer’s demands and provide their needs. Provide selling/product solutions to clients, Execute activities within risk and compliance. preparing of meetings and organising office functions. Engage with the customers in a professional manner and deliver service, Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood
