I have been working for this organisation from the way 1st May 2017
This time i have positioned myself and learn as much as possible to enhance my perfomance in my respective decision and services daily.I'm a good team player helping my teammates in reaching team targets. I have learned to do my daily targets and exceed when given a task. I enjoy assisting and making clients happy with their queries on daily basis. I find it challenging when dealing with foreign clients if they dont understand (english)but lalways refer for assistance.
Pros: My track record is clear proof of this and passionate and incontinues need for personal growth,living and understanding value
Cons: If it's required to work long hours and overtime im always available to do so.

Excellent team player
We in Fnb work like a family well ,perform very good under pressure. In Fnb you never stop learning , but I make it my mission to keep up witb the day to day changes that happen in tbe company. As an employee I personally love the interaction with the clients . Really makes me happy to see a happy client. The most difficult aspect I would say is working with people that have a language barrier and that makes it difficult for me to assist,

Going downhill
Company does not consider individual personality traits for a position. Everything is about sales, sales and more sales less consideration of service. Everybody that I know that works for FNB is busy looking for jobs at other companies

Always learn new sales techniques to improve my sales pitch
Challenging aspect is doing new sales pitch within QA measures and give clients best service all at the same time. Working longer hours to archive my commission

Helping keeps u motivated
I work as a multskilled consultant beacause im flexible in all departments. I help different customers most of my day, some come with bad attitude but we I try my outmost best to change it to keep them happy & satisfied. I also work with numbers & lots of cash, because I am also a back-up teller, we have to balance the cash at the end of each day. My relationship with my colleauges is very good, we are like a family because we work as a team to keep the branch ruuning because we are a very small team compared to other branches. Working for Fnb, I have learnt respect, punctuality, good listening skills, time management skills. I enjoy solving their problems & keeping everyone around me happy all the time. Having to work under pressure all the time wiith short staff & working or doing multiple roles most of the time, because i am a collection official but i work as a teller, consultant, service advisor & switchboard operator. I have learned and gained a lot
I'm ambitious, want to learn new things, when I start something I finish it. Don't like to have unfinished projects always do mynbest to be up to date with my work.also hard working

Career curve
Three years call centre experience in customer service and sales. Good communication skills both verbal and non verbal. Currently working in the administrative field since August 2016 .

Excellent learning curve
I got to start from ground up and it was not easy but I'm glad I was noticed and given another position within the company.I learned a lot about the banking sector even had the opportunity to brush up on the skills I already had and at the same I developed new skills.
