Work description
working in a banking sector you must prepare yourself to work under pressure, by helping clients with a large amount of money.making sure that you put a smile on them in giving extraordinary service.working with people in a way that whenever you are not around they feel your absence and i also learned a lot of challenges that i could face but i managed to overcome them through communication and i enjoyed

Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; prepare correspondence; format documentation; other support and administration duties. I treat customers and fellow colleagues in a manner I would like to be treated, as ultimately, what keeps an organisation striving is the ability to identify customer’s demands and provide their needs. I have learned and gained a lot
Im a go better, I've won an award with fnb,fraud buster, and have been nominated employee of the month severarly.when I start work I see it finish I don't like pending files,and if I promised a customernto get back to them I do it within24 hours.phone must not ring more than three times without no answer.I never tell a customer I don't know I always say I will find out. Keeping customers happy is my mission.

Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

Excellent opportunity for learning about banking industry and products.
Highest competetive environment, everyday its a newday as changes are always. And one has to be wiling to learn new things as changes happen. One should be a peoples person because you work across different departments and companies affiliated with the bank.
Pros: great opportunity to learn as you are exposed to all the greatest minds in the banking field. Great work environment, great food, great benefits altogether. perfect working hours too. and the dress code is not an issue as long as it is appropriate for work.

I have learned a lot from the bank
Working for fnb was such an amazing thing , i had a good relationship with my co-workers we would share ideas help each other in busy times and also share sales ,i have enjoyed being part of the team we would laugh and be there for each other in hard times, the most challenging aspect of the job was you will be given a target each and every month to reach for certain products that will make u to work hard and work over time if you have to so that you can achive it .
Pros: you get to go and work outside the branch there you interact with different people

Better place to grow
It was a great place to learn and understant the work environment. And knowing how important is the customer in the business. I enjoyed working with customers and able to solve their problems. Working as a team to achieve our goal was so nice and encouraging to wake up and go to work

I have learned and gained a lot
Customer service is the order of the day,making sure that good service is given daily and customers are retained.that in then gave us more customers because of word of mouth from the customers web already have.going an extra mile where necessary and doing things by the book.sacrifice lunch hours if and when we are busy that's another way of keeping customers happy and knowing for sure that they will come back for the quality service we provide
