I learn something new everyday as we deal with several projects and work in an agile environment where you need to deliver pieces of usable chunks of work. testing is fun as I get to know how software works, how it should work and the reasons behind and being a part of that is awesome.
Pros: the benefits of working in this company, it has been rated one of the most innovative companies because it does not follow trends but check what would be most convenient to a customer, how to improve customer experience, which makes it exciting,
Cons: the working times are unpredictable, in the current department, we are work driven not time driven.

Focus exercised
I enjoy working here but theres no challenge as im doing same thing everyday and theres no team to work together because qe are only 3 and change shifts so end up alone in the office.it is so frustrating vecauae i love challenge and enjoys team work.

To see whether the saraly scale is revent to the present salary. make sure is motivating and giving moral to the groth in the currect post. i have more than 20 years experience in banking, risk management and the cash operations.Customer experience, people management and dicisiom making in the higher positions

it was a good and worth while experience
our day will start at 8am with 45min. lunch time. My relationship with my co-workers was a wonderful experience. I had learnt somuch especialy in taking responsibility of my work and reliability. I have enjoyed mostly the team building we had, being in charge of the team during my snr's upsent, though it was challenging having to deligate some task to your sub-ordinates while they have to deal with their jobs at the same time.
Pros: The company had a great window for promotions when suitable occurs
Cons: hours were reasonable 8am to 16:45

Excellent leadership abilities
I am a young and dynamic professional with over 10 years of experience in the Finance sector and I have grown from years of Customer Service experience to now leading a team of over three dozen employees. A wonderful learning experience.
Working hours are very long and working the nightshift makes it that more grueling. There is no time for family or friends. Have no social life. Work colleagues are fun to be with. The working environment is very structured and quite stressful. The learning opportunities are vast and easily accessible. Room for growth is a bit limited yet achievable. Overall a very exciting and educating experience. One that will not be forgotten.
Pros: Gaining experience in the financial sector.
Cons: Long working hours(Nightshift)
