Always hectic day working with different personalities on a daily basis which is great. Working with a team of colleague's that make your worst day better. I gained a vast experience in banking with my current employer which comes of starting in the financial institution in the late 90's when most of processing was done manually. I'm a people's person and enjoy working with customers and advising them on what we offer and giving them knowledge of how banking (financial advice) works . Dealing with high rate customer's who from first point of contact insults you and has a negative attitude even before you try to assist them.

Determined and focused
I have learned a lot from my current employment that working as a group is important,my relationship with my co-workers is so strong in a way as if we are brothers and sisters.Even during the challenges that I face at work I remain professional and more dedicated.
Pros: I would love to learn new things to be promoted and grow in life
Cons: I work Saturdays so working hours are not a problem

Good start to my career
A typical work day would include assisting clients with their Estate Planning needs including reviewing and updating estate and legacy planning. I have excellent relationships with my colleagues and clients. I enjoy helping client structure their assets in the most effective way.

it was a good and worth while experience
our day will start at 8am with 45min. lunch time. My relationship with my co-workers was a wonderful experience. I had learnt somuch especialy in taking responsibility of my work and reliability. I have enjoyed mostly the team building we had, being in charge of the team during my snr's upsent, though it was challenging having to deligate some task to your sub-ordinates while they have to deal with their jobs at the same time.
Pros: The company had a great window for promotions when suitable occurs

Excellent learning curve
I got to start from ground up and it was not easy but I'm glad I was noticed and given another position within the company.I learned a lot about the banking sector even had the opportunity to brush up on the skills I already had and at the same I developed new skills.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
I am a bit OCD when it comes to thinks I am responsible for. I always insure that everyone that I work with is informed as to what is expected from them and I also want to know from them what they expect from me. I have very good relationships with my co workers because I am very friendly and easy to talk to. In my recent years I have learnt that good communication skills is the key to great results. I love what I do and therefore give 110% every time. Networking with my co-workers is what makes us thrive as a team and our results are very good. The most challenging aspect of my job is always to make the staff understand that my job is not to nail them ,but to assist them in being the best at what their doing .

I am currently in the QA department for FNB. I have een with the bank for 11yrs now. I am a Team leader and currently over seeing 13 people. We do QA on business accounts making sure all KYC requirements are met. We deal with different stack holders all branches. We deal with different entity types per account. My day to day is to allocation of work to my team ensure productivity is met all times. Couching and mentoring, motivating staff.
