Great banking exposure especially at entry level.
Fnb gave me great working experience and their culture is easy to adopt. The company is always looking for ways to improve the banking experience for its customer base which is fantastic because as an employee you learn to adapt to change and be flexible.

Excellent Client Relationship Management experience.
Currently in Branch Banking. Branc Manager of team of 15 staff. Responsibilities include managing budget and ensuring branch profitability monthly. Driving sales and daily compliance adherance. Risk review compliance dealt with daily and monthly. I work well in a team but is self motivated enough to be left alone and goal driven to carry on by myself. Dealing with clients is my passion and ensuring that every client is viewed holistically and driving the business strategies while assisting my clients. Staff management is never completely without hurdles but I have managed to train myself sufficiently to be comfortable enough to take on a new team to drive for results.

Cons: Inability to plan any day completely as clients call on branch management any time

Good learning curve
Good learning curve.. A place for one to learn about the corporate world and also grow and gain some experience and knowledge regarding the Information Technology field as well as the banking industry. Learn about Mainframe Operations as well as banking functions as well.

I am a focused person and willing to take a challenge
I am a quick learner i was even awarded at fnb an award for accurary and being quick in helping customers. Im friendly and a team player. I have acquired at a banking industry and accounting company commendable skills in client relations and business communication and preparation of financial statements. I enjoy a challenge that is in a proffessional manner.

Excellent leadership abilities
I am a young and dynamic professional with over 10 years of experience in the Finance sector and I have grown from years of Customer Service experience to now leading a team of over three dozen employees. I take pride in my leadership abilities but firmly believe that true leadership involves being a part of the team and leading by example.

Learning & Development Consultant
Project driven and being a position to plan and being proactive, thrive of positive chaos to achieve goals. Transparent and team player to achieve goals set out by business, with open honest tough conversations which needs to happen from time to time. What business wants business will get and accountability is key. Networking and interaction on projects (co-ordination) and ensuring the outcomes is met from and L&D arena. The most challenging aspect of my job is not to be involved on a project which has a training impact and magic is required to happen when a project goes live.
