Being the best teller and also an icon of the company

I'm a fast leaner I also have lots of experience, I'm also will to work extra hours. I'm also punctual,accurate and I have good working skill. I'm also a team worker.

Hardworker

-Working hours is from 8 to 16:30, have to reach a target daily -maintain accounts of fnb clients -have a great relationship with co-workers, helpful and team player -we have team building once a month -Ive learnt alot from the technical point of view to the workplace point of view for e.g. to be a team player, help each other, socialise to a certain extend. In terms of system, i understand excel, word and learned how to type faster than the usual, understand the system fully. -i enjoy be driven because it makes me excel and be the best of my ability -maintain and dealing with top clients

Learning & Development Consultant

Project driven and being a position to plan and being proactive, thrive of positive chaos to achieve goals. Transparent and team player to achieve goals set out by business, with open honest tough conversations which needs to happen from time to time. What business wants business will get and accountability is key. Networking and interaction on projects (co-ordination) and ensuring the outcomes is met from and L&D arena. The most challenging aspect of my job is not to be involved on a project which has a training impact and magic is required to happen when a project goes live.

I have been working for the bank as national specialist for cellphone banking and ewallet services and providing efficient customer service thru telephone and emails an was first action resolver of queries and escalations an did administration and data capturing. An I am also do take supervisor call if when needed

Excellent learning experience

I love meeting new people everyday and learning new things. I'm a team player and always up for a challenge. I've learnt alot in the 11 years that I'm working for FNB and would love to take my experiences elsewhere as I would love to learn something new outside of FNB. I love my job especially meeting new people everyday and learning new things on the job everyday. When I get a difficult client especially when they want to tell you how to do your job. Understanding the client's frustration and what he/she expects from you and leaving as a happy client is the best feeling ever, because then they actually made your day and to know that your client was happy with your customer experience.
