Great, helpful culture in a fast, high pressure environment
Marketing is mostly treated as a key partner in business. This means that we are usually involved from the start of any project. While recognition is given to performers, it is usually in the form of an incentive based "prize" rather than in the annual salary/remuneration. There are a lot of processes and procedures in place to follow when executing on a campaign which can at times make it difficult to deliver on the fast-paced executions that are required. Generally, co-workers are helpful and friendly. But only if they know you - it takes time to build up the required relationships in order to get the help/support you require, even if it is that persons job.
Pros: Allows for involvement outside of set roles and responsibilities; Flexible working hours and locations

Highly skilled person
Since my tumor as Quality assurance, I almost traversed lots of industry within finance, Banking, insurance, government within the same discipline in information technology. I have been in a lead position for quite sometimes where my responsibility attracted many . I have been integrating a large projects where I am currently working at FNB and the previous company I have worked for. this doesn't pave me a way out but pronounce a good deed within this space as I introduced a workable environment and very stable and process oriented . My major focus is to get process rolling as they are the may driver of good working relationship. my unique technicality and exposure to different environment equipped to run smooth and be more goal oriented and solution driven somebody. not to mention the involvement of community where thoroughly decision are involved of building the nation.

FNB has a great company culture that fosters career development and encourages a work/life balance. Particularly with the introduction of mobility where we can work from virtually any FNB building.

Team Work
Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; appointment reminder; preparing of meetings and organising office functions; preparing reference material for meeting; keeping track of new and existing clients through updating contact list; etc. Great Relationship, we communicate effectively job related issues, we support each other interms of assisting clients. I learned a lot from current role, more especialy in understanding customer's behaviour, communication, handling complaints, how to help them regarding their financial needs. I enjoy to meet different people everyday, building relationships, solving queries, working with peaple who understand me, manage to get my job done before nock off time and i enjoy organising christmas Party, Team Building, farewell, etc. Challenging aspecs is how to deal with a fraud star, how to handle a complaining client, etc.

Home Loan customer care consultant, handling and assisting with all home loan related queries
Daily duties being available to assist the client with Home Loans related queries from changing debit order date, Cancellation of bond, placing 90 day notice, sending statements. advising client on how bond works regarding interest rate, repayment and insurances....etc

Great environment to learn
A great environment to work on where one can use most of the ability and capacity. However the planning is not so great and prioritisation of projects is not well managed everything takes high priority resulting in people doing a rush job then compromising quality of work.

I have learned and gained a lot
Giving excellent a customer service and making sure that you retain your customers,doing everything according to the book,and treating customers the same.customer retention is essential and more customers will come for the wow service they heard of from your regular customers

After acquiring a series of Computer Programming certificates since 1997. I ventured into business by launching Khwedi Technologies from a two computer network in my bedroom, at my parents' house.
