Good working experience money can't buy.

Hi, Walter here, presently working for Multichoice, Inbound division. Been permanent now for over 5 years and so far and still loving it. I'm studying Diploma in Marketing, I have Higher certificate already, which I completed last year December. I'm presently looking for something that will challenge me, my area of expertise is customer care, on the contact centre environment, liaison with customers via the written communication or over the phone. So far I have learned far greater deal on how to handle complex queries, how to sell, cross sales and up sales. And the challenging part of my duty is when out server or system is down, as I love my job and putting a smile on my customer's face fulfill me. I have a good relationship with every co-worker I come across on my division and also the other departments because at the end of the day team work conquers bad customer experience. It was an excellent learning curve

Working at Multichoice was good because I leaned to deal with doggy customers.it was also good to meet different people (coligues)..The good thing about the company was we used to get inserntives when you met the targets,you were also able to have the opportunity to look after the them when the supervisor is not available.The challenging part was theshifts., but all I can say I enjoyed working there

Learning experience

The company is young and vibrant with lots of energy and excitement. You had flexibility in terms of both your working hours and your work. You were allowed to make decisions which you deemed beneficial to your work. Worked alongside sonsome of the best people in the industry who were very passionate about their crafts. The one challenging aspect of the job was that sometimes changes took long to be implemented.

Excellent Administrator

I am officially employed until 31 August 2019 at Multichoice. The company is retrenching. Been working since 21 June 2019. I am available from 1 Sep 2019.

Excellent learning curve

Great people to work with. Lack of management skills Work 6 days a week never know which day you're off till a day before During lockdown they had workers working more than 10 hours a day for the normal pay they'd receive for that working day

Excellent

I have a learnt a lot at Multichoice.. in terms of customer focus and skills like query solving and also have grown a lot in terms of team work and executing tasks efficiently.. Multichoice is a great company to work for it take care of its employees in every way and they pay good salaries of which it is something we need when we work afterall. I believe I have been of immmece and important character in the Multichoice environment.. I have contributed to in their subscriber growth and also being the driver of cohesion amongst employees for better working environment..

Fun Environment

Customer oriented area- Customer satisfaction is key and everything revolves around giving kick ass customer service. Love interacting with different people and enjoy helping them get results. There are always great opportunities for growth arising.
