Learning experience, customer service knowledge
A very busy environment which initially keeps you on your toes as any thing could happen during a call. Relationships with co-workers is ok as you meet alot of faces, some old and some new. The most challenging aspect with in the job is having to work long hours to get paid a better salary compared to what you receive on a month-to-month basis as well as being converted to a perm employee.

There's always something to learn everyday
Builds character to work well alone and with people, everyday is a challenge, producing effortless customer service is the best part about the job. The pressure is always there to keep one on their toes at all times, which is fun, there's no time to sleep. We help one another as colleagues, if you don't know something, there's no shame in asking. A customer smile after the service is what I always look forward to.

Excellent learning curve
working at SuperSport is such a great experience it has played a key role in developing my personal work ethics i go to work all the time with the purpose of getting something done we have a support structure that priorities employees' personal and work related issues which makes the business in touch with its employees.

Good communication skill
The environment was create, other employees were helpful were is needed, i was working 8 hours a day, i have learned to multi-task, fast typing skills, and how to handle conflict. The most challenging aspects was to interaction while i speak to the customer.

Worked at various work stations.
I have learnt how to deal with customer complaints if I may call it that, have learnt some technical work. Worked at various work stations. My co-workers and I are very close, support one another where you need assistance. Its challenging when theres something new and the company didn't communicate but customers are already aware of it by the time they(customers) come to you you're clueless or don't have information.
Pros: I strongly believe that I’m the ideal candidate for this position as I am willing to learn and engage. I consider myself to be a hard working person who is committed, loyal individual, and a good problem solver as I am willing to learn and intake new skills. I have experience in team work which I obtained over the years that I’ve been working on different companies. I have the ability to do the tasks assigned to me in a very high and efficient manner; I also pay attention to detail at all times. At times I avail myself for working overtime if circumstances require me to do so. I am temporally working at Multichoice based in N1 City.

Brilliant opportunity to learn about customer service and team work.
My current position is very challenging and enjoyable. A typical day starts with me planning my day and when my shift starts, execute all of my gals set for the day. This was a challenge when I started working there due to the fact that you would sometimes get irate customers - I have really worked hard at dealing with frustrated customers since I am the voice for Multichoice to make sure that all their customers are a happy after my dealing with them. Most importantly, I am have learned a lot of team qualities and I consider myself a team player.
Pros: Perfect opportunity in my growth.
Cons: Flexi hours have somehow affected some of my days but I seem to now have a grasp on it.

Change is Good
I am a 32 year old male who likes to work with other people and enjoy challenges that come across to me in the work place. I love sharing knowledge and i m a person who is full of life. I like being shown what to do first before i get thrown to the deep end. I enjoy weekends and I love team building and team outings because we get to know each other more.
Pros: I love challanges that will change my life be better.
Cons: I dont like working on weekends
