I have gained excellent customer service experiance.
the working environment is excellent because you meet different people from different places. I get along with everyone around me.I have learnt how to adapt and stay calm under pressure, i have learnt on how to create solutions instead of escalating them. I have enjoyed the work environment. What is challenging in this work environment is working shifts,Handling calls correctly when its a busy day,i have adapted to the environment and it constantly changes, so i like change.

Great Company Benefits, Lovely Staff
The staff was great. Everyone had an air of "we're here to work and make money." They were helpful and amicable. The work life balance was non existent. As a customer care agent the basic salary was on the lower side of the spectrum, so to supplement overtime is a constant must. Because I lived in Soweto and the office was in Randburg, and I was using public transport; It would sometimes make more sense to sleep at work then start a new day. That way I get enough sleep, save money and am punctual.

Need for change
Working with customers needs making sure the daily stats are met, I work well with my peers cause we all have a common goal and are team members. This jobs needs a lot of attention because u are dealing with customers via email and inbound calls and sometimes outbound calls. I enjoy when a customer is satisfied with your response on a first contact by that I know I have done well with my job, then I feel disappointed if I can't assist a customer in time cause they get frustrated and this equals poor service

Great company
A great company with great people. Teaches teamwork and there are many opportunities for growth. The hours are flexible or permanent and employee wellness is front of mind.

Excellent Workplace, Many hours
The workplace is excellent. Colleagues are friendly, helpful if you are stuck with something. You learn a lot in terms of customer service as well. Only Drawbacks are the long hours.

Excellent learning curve
Daily tasks include resolving billing and technical queries. Retaining customers and upselling of products. Database clean up and assisting customers with self service portals. My colleagues and I work exceptionally well together. I enjoy the consistency of upskilling to keep up with the new technology of products.

Im working as customer Service representative at Multichoice Dstv .Typical day would include coming in early to book a workstation and check your Inbox for any new developments, assisting customer with technical related decoder issues and accounts reconciliation, and decoders insurance claims and activation. - Your relationship with co-workers, its a very friendly environment where you easily interact with everyone even the management. What you have learnt : through out all my customer service experience I have learn to be positive minded and to focus on my Job, customer service industry can be very hard and you need to be calm and not take everything to heart. -What you enjoy most: i have enjoyed mostly team buildings and team competitions, I like challenges - The most challenging aspects of the job: dealing with Irate and swearing customers, having to work on weekends and holidays but it pays later.

The experience was scintillating.
The company phenomenal to work, as you'd have a hassle free atmosphere as soon as you went till I knocked off. The best shift was the early shift from 7th to 3pm. The company taught how being panctual plays a big role in one's career and of cause all the technical side of the profession. The most challenging side was having to learn and perfect being technical savvy.
