Team work

Great place to work Good corporate environment and culture.Great people. Great values. Working day always start with a staff meeting, to review the previous days productivity, and challenges, Management productivity driven, and always looking at process enhancements and improvements. Accomplishing targets and staff being motivated, toughest part of the work is when volumes are hard to contain and process and staff have to put in long hours and cut lunch hours and work weekends. Team building events are always enjoyable to help each other understand one another better.

Pros: Excellent career prospects
Cons: Tough competition

Excellent learning curve. I habe leaned so much

A Typical work day would be hadling customers quiries, raising PO's on SAP and logging requests for installations and assets. The work is rewarding as much as it is a lot. The relationship with coworkers is great. I enjoy assisting people and getting the job done as difficult or challanging it may be when working with staff (customers)and trying help them as prompt as you can without compromisinf the quality of your job or the policies and procedures in place.

Pros: Benefits are great
Cons: Theres no growth and theres a lot of favouritism, lacknof support from management. People resign because of emotional abuse

Excellent leaning curve, hard work, and patience

my review: we are small team of about 70 and my direct reports we are 6 and I am responsible for any projects am currently heading 3 projects one is about R17 million the other is 30 million and another one for 20 million. it gets hectic most of the times as I only have one administrator and a learner. we have a good working relationship its like we are family. I have learnt that patience pays and I love working for this department, there's lots of room for growth. the most challenging thing is getting feedback

Pros: growth
Cons: its too far from my home
