Served the industry well.

My career at Nedbank started 15 years ago from November 2000 to date. Part of my initial responsibilities included Card and Merchant Fraud Investigations. Heading up the Card Forensic Investigations area, within Nedbank. There are seven staff members reporting to me. I represent Nedbank at various Forums including SABRIC (South African Bank Risk Information Centre). I have regular dealings with the three Card Associations, Department of Justice, SAPS and various stake holders, within the banking industry. Interaction and regular meetings with the Card Associations as regulatory body. Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Internal and external investigations of Third Party Vendors I am always willing to learn new things, and give freely of the knowledge I have. I believe that you are never too old to learn and never too young to teach. I pride myself in willingness to learn and grow within a company. Always be positive

Learning platform

Answering calls with client queries.. making calls to clients who have arrears on the personal loan accounts.. Working there has been great, colleagues are good to get along with. Team buildings and functions are well planned and everyone looks forward to take part.

As an Information Technology, Business Analysis experienced and qualified person with education and 5years of experience in Information Technology and 2 years in Business Analysis / Business Process Modelling. I truly believe in mentoring as I know one can deliver impressive results through it. I have gained wealth of IT knowledge, Project Administration, Business Analysis and Business Process Modelling which I acquired in reputable organizations. I am a stable, social, dynamic, intuitive, intelligent and a people's person who is also highly motivated and can multi-task easily.

Pros: Understand the business requirements, and through a structured process documenting, validating and translating it into functional specification that are used by developers to craft a technical solution. Testing and validating the functionality of the technical solution against the business requirements. Ensuring that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution. Interfacing between the business client and development team with requirements for the business and functional requirements. Working with multiple business area that requires deep integration of solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationship with stockholder.

The only constant in life is change, i believe in growth

Turnaround times are one of the key components in my current role. Collaboration with other departments within the Bank that services my clients. I have good respectable relations with my co-workers. I build mature/honest relationships with my co-workers that enables us to have difficult conversations when we need to and hold each other accountable to operate as functional teams. I all the knowledge about the role I was in at the time in a short space of time. Business Banking Admin I drew up credit agreements, letters of guarantees, reconciliation of suspense accounts, open and closing of chq account, queries etc. Service Manager - I didn't only learn the technical functions of the role but also people skills as I dealt face-to-face with client. How to handle conflict or calm down a frustrated client. Also lessons that that

Great team spirit

What i love the most about my current company is the team that i am in,my managers ensured that we have a good team spirit and everyone made sure that is archieved,we are always willing to share knowledge and skills.I like that they give you the opportunities to further your studies.As much as my job is challenging which i lime because it motivate me,but the is no room for growth and im ready for growth professionally.

Skills

I have good communication skills.. I am a team player and like helping colleagues with weaknesses . I'm not afraid to ask for help.. The beat thing about being in the call centre industry is getting to talk to different kinds of people over phone. I have also learned to know the kind person you talk to by the way they sound over the phone...
