Working for Nedbank has been great, a great learning curve, and great growth opportunities if you have a manager that values growth and fairness. typical work days are during month ends, as we making sure to close all the deals that were opened during that month. in my Branch Team work is essential that what I enjoy the most about coming to work daily. the most challenging aspect about my current job is rarely. clients will always be clients with their own views I have learn to immune to the negative comments, rather use them as positive critics because at the end of the day am their banker.

Great opportunity
This Company has given me grateful experience. I had great opportunities since I started. I have grown from one position to another.my typical day is to make sure that I get my sales in order to make my target at the end of the month I have a great relationship with my co-workers, there's never a dull moment.Every day has its own new challenges.I learn everyday.

Adequate training was provided to equip me for the job
Im a lost card agent at Nedbank contact centre I block lost cards, stolen or retained by the Atm machine ,my job requires speed accuracy and passion as I deal will angry, frustrated and all kinds of customers where I perform my atmost to have a great conversation and give our clients a peace of mind. I enjoy the climate at work as all my colleagues are happy motivated at affiliation and self actualisation level ,the thing I enjoy the most about my work is the sense of responsibility which comes with being early and well prepared for work .
Pros: the working conditions are in such way that as an average you are motivated to do your work
Cons: no room for growth job is boring as i do repetitive operation everyday

Willing to learn more
my day starts with allocating work to staff doing states sending out daily birthday wishes to staff monitoring of work queues I have a very open and health relationship with all staff I have learnt that in order to excel you must do your best and always ask when you don't understand. I enjoy life and maintaining happy office moral difficult staff

I work with people who are very professional and that respect each other , we also motivate each other.I have learnt a lot of things like cross selling to clients and how to get leads from my colleagues.
Pros: I work in a good company which have employees that help each other.The company that I work for it has a vision so hour leaders they lead us through that vision it then became to work for then, they give us targets so we know what expected from us as the employees.
Cons: I work Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays a month I work 8 hours a day.

Hard work, team spirit and standing up for beliefs and company values
Everyday we gather for meetings and exchange ideas to better our workflow. Every member of my team is very strong on opinion and standing up for what we believe, hard workers and focused. Self esteem is and encouragement , following company values and working under pressure, winning team and taking on challenges. Challenging aspects of the job is how often operation rules change

Best foundation of growing
-I interact with clients on my daily basics both physical and telephonically. -I am regularly praised for my best telephone antiques. -I have learned how to deal with difficult situations and handling conflicts. -I have leaned to be very accurate and consistence. -I am very patient and I am always ready for a challenge so I look forward everyday for a new challenge. -I am computer literacy. -I have a friendly and approachable way with people and I -have developed an excellent knowledge with the wide range of people and -I am very organised. -I am very flexible. -I am always time conscious. -I have developed interpersonal skills. -I work good with colleagues , co-workers and clients. -I would be a very valuable member of the team.

I started here as a Teller, grown up to a Enquiries Consultant position then now I am working as a Sales Consultant, so I am dealing with queries, Opening an accounts, Transfers, Finance for Home loan, Finance for Vehicle, Personal loans finance, attending incoming and outgoing calls, Data capture, giving advice, to make sure that I capture the right information first time, I do balance daily on my stock and balance Cash daily If I worked as a teller, and I am flexible, able to work under pressure, overtimes not a problem •I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss my qualifications, I believe my trainings has given me the skills to make valuable contribution in your company,
