What i love the most about my current company is the team that i am in,my managers ensured that we have a good team spirit and everyone made sure that is archieved,we are always willing to share knowledge and skills.I like that they give you the opportunities to further your studies.As much as my job is challenging which i lime because it motivate me,but the is no room for growth and im ready for growth professionally.

Hard work and the drive to make things happen happen yielded the required results
Working in a team. Coaching and training Leaving the value of the company yield the desired results. The company ensure continuous learning for all departments. Regular meeting to ensure all parties are well informed shortfalls and new planned developments.
Pros: Regular training of staff to ensure they keep sharp in terms of delivered on daily basis. The well being of the staff was the key focal point that ensured we deliver

My daily activities
I do personal loan applications for client -Capture information -Send applications -Liaise with Liaison officers for any additional information required -Advise clients on debt consolidation.
Pros: Get to work with different people everyday. Helping people fulfill their dreams
Cons: Slow turn around times on applications. Unhappy clients with regards to feedback received.

Hard work, team spirit and standing up for beliefs and company values
Everyday we gather for meetings and exchange ideas to better our workflow. Every member of my team is very strong on opinion and standing up for what we believe, hard workers and focused. Self esteem is and encouragement , following company values and working under pressure, winning team and taking on challenges. Challenging aspects of the job is how often operation rules change

BLENDING WELL WITH DIFFERENT CHARECTERS OF INDIVIDUALS AND ALSO CORPORATES BEHAVIOURS.
Working for Nedbank has been great, a great learning curve, and great growth opportunities if you have a manager that values growth and fairness. typical work days are during month ends, as we making sure to close all the deals that were opened during that month. in my Branch Team work is essential that what I enjoy the most about coming to work daily. the most challenging aspect about my current job is rarely. clients will always be clients with their own views I have learn to immune to the negative comments, rather use them as positive critics because at the end of the day am their banker.

Great learning opportunity
I enjoy writing minutes a lot. My co-workers mostly go to me for advice and for review of their minutes.I love this work but unfortunaletly growth opporunities are limited.

I started here as a Teller, grown up to a Enquiries Consultant position then now I am working as a Sales Consultant, so I am dealing with queries, Opening an accounts, Transfers, Finance for Home loan, Finance for Vehicle, Personal loans finance, attending incoming and outgoing calls, Data capture, giving advice, to make sure that I capture the right information first time, I do balance daily on my stock and balance Cash daily If I worked as a teller, and I am flexible, able to work under pressure, overtimes not a problem •I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss my qualifications, I believe my trainings has given me the skills to make valuable contribution in your company,
