Its a good place to work but the pay is not worth the work we do. Ridiculous month targets, I think management does not care about employees when they make decisions

I was given oppoturnity to do all the work in my company as a learning curse during my leanership.
As sales consultant im very patient person, have build a strong relationship with both my client and colleagues . I have learn to accept any challenge that I face daily at work and survive it, and learnt to differentiate between business and personal issues. what I enjoy most is to put smile on someone's face and delivering on time.

Excellent place to master how to work under pressure
My days are filled with hectic cut-off times that have high pressure volumes to it my mornings are the most busiest The place is more family based as we like each other and are supportive when the other is going through tough times It's a challenging place as there's lots of competition to be the best you can be every single day

Learning curve
there is a great learning curve, career growth and I am learning more than expected. the work environment and colleagues are great. I learnt a lot about communicating and interacting with clients, building a relationship with people I work with and clients. It can be challenging to deal with clients that are already irate and frustrated because of the service they got from other people however it helps and teach you to be able to work under pressure.

Took me out of my comfort zone
I work with a good team who has respect for eachother and who understands that as a team we can achieve so much more. Day to day activities involve securing appointment with clients, follow ups, engaging with business managers, going out to clients, etc. I have learnt that the client ALWAYS comes first and that I have to do everything that I can to meet the clients needs. I enjoy working with and meeting different people so that I am never stuck in the same circle of people and also not stuck in the to same cycle of work. Dealing with difficult clients has been a challenge and has been a great opportunity for me to learn. It's helped me alot as a person.

Cons: It's a contract position so we never know what can happen..

Excellent learning curve
Not much to say I've stated previously, salary was not good for the one had to do per day. Has been a great place to work for and grow career wise. I was able to complete my bachelors due to their benefits they offered their staff. I will always recommend Nedbank as a great to work for to any individual including family.

Work currently for bank, realize cant rely on leads from bank.
Bank is not career rewarding. only strickly commission. Doesn't see myself retiring here. I need a more challenging job. I can't explore my wealth of experience I have in sales and people. I have very good relationship with my colleagues and co-workers. I enjoy the flexibility hours.
