Programme Coordinator

Planning session with the Project Manager. Building relationship with project team to enhance the team's performance. I have learnt to work on multiple projects at once and building project plans.

Pros: Good position to grow as a Project Manager or Business Analyst. Good position for promotion
Cons: Stakeholders submitting reports late or not submitting reports at all

Good plartfom to learn

Its always busy at the branch . it requires a lot of attention to details and a very long heart. My colleaqes are very supportive and engage a lot . I am grateful for the experience and to having came across such lovely and encouraging people to work with .

To know your worth will motivate you to not stay in your comfort zone.

I enjoy the coaching and facilitation of workshops as this allows me to transfer knowledge to others. The operational and compliance audits has shown me the importance of processes within a business. My job also allows me with flexible working hours and due to my various branches, I am not always office based.

Pros: Flexible working hours and able to balance home, work and play.
Cons: My division tend to have many restructures and currently no room for growth.

Learning curve

I have over 11 years of analysis experience, 8 of which are at Nedbank personal loans (NBPL). In that period I have won Nedbank Top Achiever award. I also have market research experience from 3 different companies. I have attended the Nedbank Middle Management Programme and this has equipped me with the necessary knowledge for organisational management.

Great person to work with

support nedbank employees nationally with all software and hardware issues make sure users issue is resolved if not then a technician is sent out to attend to them install and configure nedbank applications and devices if needed my relationship with my team is the best am the only lady in the team I think that makes more interesting we help one another in most issues I have leant patience as I work with different people everyday and every second I get a query the most challenging aspects its dealing with people who don't know what they doing or may I say not trained to use the systems one thing I love about my job is making someone else's day by sorting their issue
