EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
my typical working days is from 8-4 with lunch break of 1hour, my relationship with my co-workers is amazing we get along very well and we all team players , with my current job I have learnt how to understand different situations as I dealt a lot with clients and sales , I enjoy helping people in their time of need and making their dreams come true, most challenging part of my job is having to meet target when where are not leads but I also loved that as it makes you push as a person even beyond boundaries

Key Accounts Activation Manager
The department I worked for has closed down and we need to look for alternative employment within or out the company. I used to be the Key Accounts Activation Manager which was admin related. I had to ensure that the necessary staff attended events and that the necessary marketing goodies was on site so that the sales force where able to sell our Nedbank Value Propostion. I had a great relationship with my team as we where the best performers in the Western Cape. I ensured that they had all the necessary tools to make them successful. Their success was my success.

We do weekly test for fraud, money loundring purposes so that we do not allow such in the company
we mostly work as team, we start working at 08:30 but must be at work by 08:00. everyday its a new day at work because we deal with different clients daily and I do efts for clients , check fica etc and clients differ.what I have learned bout my company is we must try harder to know the clients needs as we deal with them daily. I enjoy working with hard working, team playing colloquies so that we reach our daily targets.

Excellent corporate experience
Enjoyed the corporate working environment. Like working on a computer and having deadlines. Was good having a team to work with as we worked together to reach our daily and weekly including monthly targets. The working hours and lunch hours was perfect and everything was perfect. There was no bad experience except disappointment that my contract ended and did not get renewed. This is because robotics took over..

Amazing company to work for, awesome culture
This is an amazing company to work for that has an awesome culture. The company is very strict on how employees treat each other and the company puts their employees first as they believe that if the employees are treated right, they will then treat their customers the way they should be treated. The company is a firm believer in improving ones self and contributes hugely to external studies and improving knowledge and skills. The environment is relaxed and friendly and meetings are often held outside under the trees or in the coffee shop. The job is very challenging due to the fact that I have not had a project administrator to assist me with my admin, resulting in having to go into the office in the extreme early hours of the morning to catch up on admin to enable me to meet my requirements for the day and to provide feedback to Executives

Excellent place to master how to work under pressure
My days are filled with hectic cut-off times that have high pressure volumes to it my mornings are the most busiest The place is more family based as we like each other and are supportive when the other is going through tough times It's a challenging place as there's lots of competition to be the best you can be every single day

I am life-long learning individual with good interpersonal skills,
I find my very challenging and engaging, what I enjoy the most is the autonomy that comes with the role and the interaction through interviews - the most challenging and most exciting aspect of my role has to be IR, givinga advice to the business on labour law.

Working in a call centre
Working in a call centre is an extremely stressful job. The environment is not employee friendly as any problems raised are brushed aside or not dealt with adequately. There is no employment equity as not all employees are treated equal. It is very demotivating working in such an environment.
Pros: Helping clients to solve their queries
Cons: Long working hours. Working on public holidays
