Agile methodology..taking lead in projects
New environment for me compared to previous company.Learned Agile environment...not some many projects..Small team which make it impossible to deal with new projects,change requests and IT Help desk issues same time.

Hard worker, never limiting my development plan, and a good relationship builder.
i work very well with my colleagues, on a day to day base i like communicating with other departments and if i have some spare time, i try to assist them. My relationship building skills are on 100%, i have learnt a lot at Nedbank from culture to innovation. What i enjoy most about the bank is the culture, it is so motivating. People here love each other, and respect each other.
Pros: Development is key, issues about the bank are always communicated.
Cons: Not willing to pay for extra hours, but first to point out when you have not met your 8 hours shift.

A strong worker with good work ethics that always delivers on tasks.
Start the day with planning for day ahead. Engage stakeholders, meetings, staff engagements, client engagements. The organisational culture is good and operates within the values of the company. Strong focus on development and recognition. Coming from a science background I had to adapt quickly to work and grow in a bank. I did so successfully due to the steep learning curve and nurturing culture of the bank. I enjoyed achieving and exceeding targets, collaborating with others and stakeholder engagement. Most of all I enjoyed coaching and developing staff to grow and add more value to the team and organisation.

Excellent learning curve.

Self management
Lgreat place to work at with lots of possibilities. Must be willing to learn as there's endless training and programs. Take care of their own and out the box thinking is encouraged at all times

Learning curve
I work for a big organisation and the challenge is getting lost in the organisation. The work is divided into so many pieces so that every1 has a job to do. I find that I lack job satisfaction as a result of that. I do a small portion of the work then someone else does the rest. I enjoy interacting with poeple my strong points are building relationships. Im the one person that everyone can talk to in the departmen. I came from a payroll space and having to shift my mind set was a big learning curve for me. In payroll your responsible for your own work in talent you have to involve and partner with others.

Ground for improvement
I provide a comprehensive Financial planning for Individuals and corporates, I share a lot with team members, I discovered that that you always alert your mind to learn, I likes to add value in peoples life and the most challenging is time to speak to everyone.

Move from technical work to Process Management
I Basically work in the team of Automation and scheduling in the mainframe environment. All the approved changes are tested and validated to be deployed as per the change logged. I working in a release management team as System Scheduler II. I have a great relationship with co-workers and I have learnt that Education and Certification are just paper work it all comes to implementation and execution. But Execution is nothing without knowledge and wisdom through Education and experience. I enjoy doing what I am good at. What can be challenging in my working area is refusal of developers to execute as you have advised.
Pros: no career path to grow into management role
Cons: moving from legacy to the latest trends.
