The company i work for Ned bank
Ned bank is a good company to work for. I was given an opportunity to be on a Forex leaner ship which I did not pay for. The leaner ship helped me to understand the forex aspect in the Bank and I loved that. It is challenging especially when it comes to the RATES. The most challenging aspect is when you need to negotiate a rate wit the client and the client don't accept and you need to convince the client that what you are quoting is the best possible rate for the day, and you end up getting the deal. My day start at eight until half past four but some days till seven o'clock. I have a good relationship with my colleges, being a Team leader it has taught me a lot. Having different people in the team from different cultures and religion you learn to understand the people differently and treat them in a way that you don't discriminate them according to their culture or religion.
Pros: The are oppotunities for growth especially the Forex side of the Bank

Good learning curve
Dont really have a job description cause i do everything, -Good relationship with my Co-workers -Typical work days because of the pressure for sales -Learned a lot -Knowing that im making a different in someone's life -Difficult clients is the most challenging .

Great place to work
Working as a representative is my passion i love my job not only for the money but to change someones life financialy is my calling. Any chance i get to do so Im flatered. Every job has its ups and downs but it call passion to keep calm and work professionally.

Im dedicated in whatever i do, i try to perfom my utmost best
Nedbank staff great people to wok with, team building we always assist each other. The culture at place is wonderful people are more like your family. I have obtain an extensive experience throughout the year and that has made me to be more vigilant and accurate to what I do.
Pros: adapt easily, team player, attention to detail very innovation and can work independently
Cons: people not participating in team work, employees who do not want to be accountable in what they do

learning environment
Nedbank offers bursaries to employees which they don't pay back . It's a pity that after studying one doesn't get to use their qualifications in the company as development and continuity plans are non existence.

Versatile and a team worker
My name is Moyahabo Mphahlele. I am currently employed with Nedbank as a Sales and service Consultant and would like to move to try other challenging environments. I have a National Diploma in Management Services and a B-tech in Operations Management. I am a hard working individual, passionate about transformation, and I always have room for learning and improvement. I have the best supportive structure and work as a team always. As I work with clients, I've learnt to always prioritise them more than anything irregardless of whether the client came at 8am or at 16:55, I must always make them feel like they're the first client of the day. Experience- I worked as a Banker, Fraud Assessor Analyst, People Practice officer, HR Benefit Consultant and currently work as Personnel Administrator. Education -I have a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resource diploma. Systems- I worked on People Soft (Oracle) and currently working on SAP systems I am a hard working individual who is currently looking for opportunity to grow.

Great work place
It was a great place to work. I have learned alot from the colleagues, customers and also from the managers, we worked well as a team and I respect every one in the team.

Took me out of my comfort zone
I work with a good team who has respect for eachother and who understands that as a team we can achieve so much more. Day to day activities involve securing appointment with clients, follow ups, engaging with business managers, going out to clients, etc. I have learnt that the client ALWAYS comes first and that I have to do everything that I can to meet the clients needs. I enjoy working with and meeting different people so that I am never stuck in the same circle of people and also not stuck in the to same cycle of work. Dealing with difficult clients has been a challenge and has been a great opportunity for me to learn. It's helped me alot as a person.
Pros: Engaging with different types of people and being exposed to different environments.
Cons: It's a contract position so we never know what can happen..

Excellent learning curve
- work shifts - relationship with co-workers is excellent - i have learned a lot i have gained experience in cisco - i enjoy the working environment even though we work long hours it feels like its normal hours -the most challenge is when we are short-staff
