Is to be able to assure the company that the branches are compliant or not complying.
Working for Nedbank was excellent.Especislly when we were doing assurance monitoring to the branchesWe ensured that the branches are complying with the banks regulations.zi enjoyed going out meeting new people and learning the knee ways of work.The most challenging aspecgofthejob was when theres a tight deadljnethatneed to beachoevedwithin a short space of time.

Good learning curve
Good to work for my company, people are friendly and approachable.people don't loose their jobs cause the company takes calculated risk and have everything in control . areas of improvement would be more creativity and flexibility and and increase opportunity for promotion and better salaries

Great place to work
team players , we rely on each other for sales leads , exposed to work with different type of clients from different segments I have basically learned all the skills I have from Nedbank , the one I value most is to interacting with clients and understanding the needs and giving them factual advise, making my client dreams a reality through recommendation I make for them the most challenging aspect of my job is when my application declines that I try to motivate and appeal and it still gets declined and makes me feel like I have failed my client

Cons: its is not easy to move from retail to corporate and utilised the skills you have acquired for all these years

Im intrested
I like my job especially the finance industry. It has great potential in terms of development career wise. The envirment is great and the culture. Top management along with middle management seem to be on the same page in achieving an overall productive and proficient organization

Great company to work for spend many ears with the m but I need to move on with my career
Daily stand up Meetings, Facilitate Daily defect meeting with several Teams. Work closely with the BA's with regards to Requirement clarity. Work closely with the Project Managers in order to ensure all is updated and reports are sent as required with the required information. Work closely with the dev team in order to investigate defects or to ensure requirements are met etc.
Pros: Had the opportunity to grow as a Test Manager and gained allot of experience
Cons: Not denhout access is allowed to explore my Technical abilities

Target are high and 18 product line To reach each month.and elearning courses are encouraged and changes in the company is established and accomplished,team player is encouraged and meeting the deadlines.
