Excellent learning curve
8 oclock in the monday moring i probably have to be ready for a telecon meeting with the regional manager and other area managers to discuss our progress and prepare for the coming week . I interact with my branch manager and advise him on ways to improve sales and on how to approach the advisors. I have a very good relationship with those i manage im stern when its crunch time but not so much that im unapproachable

Excellent for a first job and to get your foot in the world of work
Deal with client requirements, process invoices, handle any last minute requests, help clients with any risks to the business, invoicing for the team Learnt patience and listening is very important as well as the way you make people especially clients feel I enjoy the culture and can do spirit in the environment Growth in terms of promotions hardly take place

Job was fantanstic, i learned a lot, stuff is good and i only have late salary payments as an issue.
A good place making opportunities and dealing with clients. moving froe to start a career and good learning opportunities, to be honest I am thankful for all the company has done for me . i would recommend anyone who wants to start a career in sales and insurance go there.

Life in the work place
Diversity of people who I am working with gives me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and applying the different methods of the people's cultures believes and driving it into production and to ensure that the production and management skills align with the different types of people. Allowing me to gain more knowledge and experience in the industry and allows me to make a difference in others lives as well as my life. The remuneration is very competitive however the potential gets limited which limits yourself from earning a higher salary

Learned to put client first
Working with people and working as a team helping each other and also being in a state of helping people (clients) at their best interest rendering intermediary advise making sure that they are happy at all times doing follow up has been a learning curve leading into having a good relationship with my clients.so that they may not look for anyone else but me to do business with. That has helped me in gainning more business by being referred by my clients to other clients.
