Typical day would be to see that a-z is seen to. To multi task and see that everyone’s needs are met Has taught me to prioritize time as I was in control of scheduling other people’s times It was challenging at times but very fun and I love it

Excellent learning
Old Mutual is an excellent company to work for with many benefits that's provided. Very professional and my co worker are professional as well. Some management are incompetent and under trained left for their own devices. The structure within the department person to person is not the best but the company is great. I have learnt that you have to achieve your own goals. Meeting the people at the company has been great.

Enormous growth in business industry and and building a good relationship with the customers
Poor support by the company. Very good income when you work harder. Opportunities for growth. Poor management of the company. Company doesn’t have enough resources for the staff. No support at all by the company during cover-19. The company is more customers than employees. Nothing there to motivate the employees. Pretending management of the company.

Motivational and financial learning curve
Calling clients everyday interacting with co-workers on ideas learnt how to assist clients achieve financial goals chatting to clients about old mutual and products as we go through reality life everyday and people need the services difficult at times to accept rejection from clients and also achieve targets every week
