Challenging daily activity
I am salaried Team Leader for 6years in my TEAM I enjoy working with people daily cause I give families hope and peace of mind I go out with advisers to the field twice in a week and meet Door openers to our Traditional markers Hold advisers accountable daily if their standard is not met Coach and Mentor my Team on our weekly meetings Check my Key Result Areas daily Organize clients day and Events for my Team I have Learned to listen more and be patient i enjoyed educating my clients daily and building solid relationship with people Most of all i enjoy Presenting to large group of people Dealing with difficult clients cause our Vision is to Treat our Customers Fairly

Hard working
I work Monday to Friday were we make calls and meet with clients to provide them with financial planning and I enjoy working with my co-workers but I prefer working with numbers since is something I'm really good at.

Secure enviroment, stimulating work.
I am outstanding team-player and always willing to take up responsibilities. I am an asset to our department, and Company to that effect. I am open-minded and always available. I have contributed to the development of many staff members, either as a research assistant in my area of expertise in Financial Accounting and Information Technology or as a mentor. I have also co-authored Standard Operating Procedures with them. I am always willing to share. I have served on many committees and still serve on many. I have served on the Spirit Portfolio and Employment Equity Committees. I am always available to peer review. I am an experienced conflict resolver and peace negotiator. I have worked with many Team Leaders, Head of Departments, Operational Managers and Business Unit Leaders to this effect.

Great working environment, great staff and colleagues. I enjoyed every moment however I do feel that i need to move for growth purposes, persons and career wise
