Not a bad experience at all... I i have enjoyed workung with the people here
Its a great exprlerience and expplosure. Interacting with people abnd departments pushes you to a level of new heights. Management is doing great in taking care if its people. Develping its managers is one thing they need ti look at Their bonus structure also needs to be reviewed. Culture is the best i have seen si far.

The Company treats its staff well. The work is challenging but rewarding.
In this roll I identify new retail or office premises, depending on the needs of the business and then negotiate the terms and draft the leasing documentation. I also attend to the renewals of these sites. I find that I enjoy looking for new branch/office locations, evaluating various locations and looking at trends in the market to see whether a site will work. I further take pleasure in the negotiation process and believe that I am well suited to it. I then present the terms to our Board members at various meetings throughout each month.

I cope and work well under pressure and with proper planning and executing a plan any goal is possible.

Suitable
YI love working in an office environment. I am a team player, but am fully compitent to handle tasks solo with or without being managed. I only have to be told once & will surely get things done. I have learnt that you really can only depend on yourself & not to place the responsibility of your goemals, future and aspirations in someone else's hands. I enjoy a Monday to Friday job with weekend to myself & family, Sunday belongs to God. The most challenging part of a job can be, having to complete a task when inediquate training or resourses has been provided or unrealistic deadlines. But above all i love working & being able to sustain myself & mg family. Thanks

Job review
Work in general is hectic. Looking for clients on the daily and trying to convince them to purchase an investment, I enjoyed the fact that I will be interacting with different people. The most challenging aspect about the jobs was not getting enough clients for the day.

Friendliness place with full of respect to each individual and lots of fun with little time of have mindset activities to prepare mind set for daily work. Ive learn that it is not all the time that you should put yourself under pressure as it can result in not achieving the goal.
