A very reputative company to work for
Drive +-50km on daily basis to generate new business, work on admin of existing business, clear diary, attend appointments, do follow-ups on pending applications. A very diverse and proactive team with vision, friendly staff members always willing to learn and to assist. I have learnt that there is no leader without a team and a team leader who is successful is the one who make others successful. Giving information, solving clients queries and interacting with people is what I enjoy the most. What I find most challenging about my job is that everyday you learn something new (i.e. new process, new procedures)
Pros: Got promoted in six months period to a team leader position
Cons: Delay in system process is what frustrates me the most especially where there is no explanation as to why.

Excellent growth.
You manage your own time, contact interested clients for meetings, do full needs analysis, you run your own practice (Company). Go out to see clients, do presentations, assist clients in making an inform decisions, assisting clients to reach they financial needs, provide solutions to clients, assisting clients to create wealth and develop a lacy.

Excellent
Good relationships within workers and employers . But the working is start challenging after this covid 19 pandemic and also this unrest causing many problems whenit comes to business.

Great working with diverse cultures
I love working with diverse people and since that company is a long standing company I assumed it will be a great place to grow but soon found out that management is afraid if you are ambitious and want to grow they Stifel your growth. Over all great colleagues hard working. I focused more on my customers because that gives me satisfaction giving great customer service.

A day at the office
Each day at the office is different. I have weekly and monthly deadlines for reports. A typical day at the office will start with me first checking my emails and prioritizing what needs to be done for that day and that week. Of course there are always unexpected things popping up during the day that I have to fit into my schedule. Time management plays a big part of my work and I must be able to adjust to changes very quickly. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. Most of what I currently do depends on the co-operation of others therefore its important for me to have a good relationship with everyone. What I enjoy most in my work is my interaction with my colleagues and clients. And the challenges each day brings as not one day is the same. Most challenging aspect of my work is ensuring I consistently meet my deadlines I set for myself. Biggest plus for me is that my manager does not micro manage me but trusts me to manage my own time and meet his deadlines.
Pros: Personal development opportunities that the company provide. I have flexibility in how I manage my time. I don't have a manager that micro manages me.
Cons: Rewards are limited. Opportunity to be promoted are very limited.
