I have gained so much experience in all store departments
I am honest reliable hardworking individual who is passionate about giving a good customer care.. I have good interpersonal skill I can work independently. I have five years i n customer service. Getting along with my colegues is the besy priority

Excellently learning curve
It is Good working with team members who are copperatng and contributes towards productivity thata how the working environment was. So good. Working in the company was hard rather good because there was poor management The working environment was rather excellent because there was good relationship with other workers that led to one not being able to the day off because of being afraid of missing out

Good entry level job
At the beginning it was fine but as I matured in the industry I slowly lost interest because I learnt to realise that tertiary education is not valued especially at store level. Senior managers takes things personally, if you challenge them, if you voice out your concerns or if you report them for their mistreatment your career will reach the death end. The system is corrupt in that if you don't do as they say and stop questioning them you will be stack in one place with no reason. Immediate managers will actually blackmail you. They capitalise on your mistake and are good at badmouthing. Being sick or having personal problems that hinders you from coming to work on a specific day is like commiting a crime.

Poor
Working at pick n pay or at a retail store is not as easy as people think, you get to interact with different people, and always you need to make sure that those people are happy at the and of the day because they are your customers and thy must be happy so that you can get paid.sometimes I come across challenges when is month end and almost everyone has got money, it becomes a long queue at the store many people need my help and they need it immediately, customers shouting at me.but I h. Learned that customers must always be happy, I need to smile,talk and lough wuth them.And I as an individual enjoy working with other people as a team becouse it helps me learn a lot from my co-worker and managers.

Empowering
A fast paced and continuously demanding environment, planning and improvising skills, asserting, goal orientated, results driven, safety conscious and customer orientated are mostly part of my current obligations and objectives. You must be able to build a team, teach and learn different cultures and habits, be able to accommodate you team member and take them along the journey to maintain the prosperity of the business. Good judgement abilities, discipline and commitment is strongly recommended. You must be able to give meaningful and and take adverse instructions. I enjoyed and will always endure every stimulating experience in the long journey that is bow on 18years of dedication

Good day I Blessing Makhubu a merchandise at pick n pay normal work 5 working days which that includes 3 night shift for storage, I am a hard working young man got engaged to my co workers to push our work it get to be like a habit and it's enjoyable as it brings outcome of great skills to me as an individual and sometimes it get to be challenging when it comes to customers but as my motto of succeeding the job was to treat a customer like a Queen and all shall conquer.
