I have gained so much experience in all store departments
I am honest reliable hardworking individual who is passionate about giving a good customer care.. I have good interpersonal skill I can work independently. I have five years i n customer service. Getting along with my colegues is the besy priority
Pros: not so much opportunities it takes a while for company growth
Cons: you work long hours an yet the salary is still small at the end of the month

Retail Industry an industry,a place of growth
typical workday starts with the morning rush. It gets very busy in the mornings our customers are normally rushing to work. I have learnt to work under tremendous pressure. We work as a team. As a cashier I have learnt administration skills, how to handle money making sure I am not short of money when cashing up. What I enjoy the most about my job is going the extra mile sometimes a customer would request a product that we don't have and I take the initiative of calling other stores and ask that product to be delivered to us.

Capacity to handle all inventory problems
I am Able to fill adoc inventory requirements. Design measures to investigate theft also trace and combat loss.I am focused to small details that affect inventory. Able to create shortest inventory cycle . Particularly I have ability of conducting cycle count and investigate variants. The day to day tools are word ,excel, internet , SAP and etc. I am team player, leading a department of 30 people and buying inventory for four departments of Store. I am also the former project supervisor and buyer, where duties involved material buying, project plan, and staff planning and supervision. Up to this point I have learned all possible ways of finding the required inventory at rite cost on time in required quantities. I enjoy the risk of maximizing the spending and retrieve the total return within a week.the most challenging aspect of the job is to determine facts of spending every rand and how is it going to be recoverd with extra and in what duration.
Pros: Gaining more negotiating skills and profess inventory management, which makes promotional
Cons: Knowledge of inventory management makes promotional opportunities slim and annual leaves are always due

Gained a lot of experience
Working at Pick n' pay (family store) had helped me alo t because I had learned good and bad things. Dealing with different types of people was indeed a great and Funny challenge of my Life. It was so sad of me to be told that my contract had expired and they can't renew it because the shop had lot of Staff. I'm everyday marketing hoping to get a new job.

Normal working conditions
The job is not hard, I do the same thing everyday, no risk taking or trying new things and most of the decisions for change are made at the head office. We work long hours and our rate per hour is not good. I have learned a lot from watching managers work or delegations, by now I know a lot of things by asking how things are done, example receiving and recording received stock. I don't enjoy nothing in this job because I know it dumbs me down and I have a mind for growth, challenges, taking risks, learning new things, leading, team buildings and achieving.

Passionate aboitt my job especially when coming to serve my customers...dedicated to my job ....i can work well and under presure without supervision.....im self driven....getting along very well with my co workers.....i have learnt to deal all kind of people

Snr Systems controller
I started at pnp as an till packer and shelf packer and soon moved to csshier and front line supervisor and got promoted a year later as an receiving manager and moved to the EC warehouse ans soon becam an system controller whe4e I started my learning curve on EWM and was invilved in 5 EWM golive projects and became the snr systems controller in KZN

Excellent learning curve
At my company I am the only casual worker/sales assistant in the fruit and veg department which means I have to dedicate my time to being loyal to my work. I like working in the environment with peooke .
