Excellent learning
Working for pick n pay is very good and enjoyable work ever.giving the customer the best service to make and sesssatisfi their need.working very hard all day Long. No double pay for Sunday's.and no pay for public holidays. Since the lock down pandemic we've been working till now our salaries are 2500.please help us to get payed full salaries please

I am currently no t working because my contract endeded as i was working for pick n pay reeds restore as a driver and it was a good learning curve because I have learn a lot and It helped me with a experienced

Team work
I work to this company procedure and I don't have any problems with the company. I am working as an Admin or inventory manager for more than 6 years now. I've learn many things and I am still learning more about this company. To work with more 200 employees it's not easy but I'm enjoying everything here.

Wonderful
It is the good company, it gives people the opportunity to grow and it has been the nice company you work for. The company gives its employees to help go to school and study further and give them the chances to be management, it has scholarships. It has has done lot of things for the employees. I'm greatful to work for Pick n Pay. But i need to start fresh and earn more money so i can reach my dreams.

Getting a new job
We deliver around KZN stores our duty as assistant is to offload the truck and load returns.making sure the stock is kept fresh and safe though it is a risky job because accident happens anytime on the road but we've been given no benefits or medical aids and no overnight allowance. We own no transport and we've been given not transport to work though we are scheduled early shifts 3:00AM OR 20:00

Cons: Long hours worked and either midnight or early morning from 03:00

Self driven...go getter.....
Passionate aboitt my job especially when coming to serve my customers...dedicated to my job ....i can work well and under presure without supervision.....im self driven....getting along very well with my co workers.....i have learnt to deal all kind of people

Easy person to speak with
i have learn that working as a superviser u have to change who u are and not like everyday u need to be free tho the people you working with and thats the challenge im facing everyday, i am a very easy person to speak with and that also my weakness people sumethimes uses that to get to me or should i say to dis respert me and i am also lucky that i dont have the short or im easy get angry i have leant that working many people u must alwasy keep your mind on the tell your that you hear to work for childlren and not the ather way around and with that the nothing that going to stand on your way.

Good place for growth
Ive grown so much in the company in a short space of time. But the working hours are long so adjusting your personal life and professional life is tricky

Im able to learn willing to learn bew skills work well under pressure
Start with price summary answer swithboard work well with other staff members over the years ive learn to have more faith in myself enjoy working with customers most challenging dealing with unhappy customers
