Gained a lot of experience
Working at Pick n' pay (family store) had helped me alo t because I had learned good and bad things. Dealing with different types of people was indeed a great and Funny challenge of my Life. It was so sad of me to be told that my contract had expired and they can't renew it because the shop had lot of Staff. I'm everyday marketing hoping to get a new job.

Excellent opportunity to grow
A strict implementation of methodology and delegation of task needed to reach departmental objective and profitability cores. I complete and profile each synchronization operations in warehousing and logistics.On time delivery to customer and store demand I'd of prime importance to controlling and decision making in comparison to system availability and physical stock availability for picking for supply chain to be executed. System volume as dictated by supply and delivery time channels must be measured by precise and corrective amounts and quality of services.
Pros: A opportunity to grow in logistics
Cons: Extreme long times and management of inventory.

No further growth
I am a supervisor at pick n pay franchise store,I work one week early and one week late. A early week has alot to do because I must place all the orders to make sure we have sufficient stock to trade,late shift is different because I just have to make sure I keep or better the standard my colleague left the floor.I get along well with everyone because I'm a people's person

Great experience and opportunity to grow my career in IT and Retail
In my past roles in our organisation I have been a 2nd tier support engineer, Trainer, Mentor, Assistant Service Desk (Call Center) manager and I now function as a Training Specialist who develops end-user training for our organisation nationally and internationally. I travel nationally, on a regular basis, to deliver training to our Regional Business Systems Mangers, National OPS Managers and Regional Managers. Apart from the above I also design E-Learning courses. My technical IT Knowledge and experience allows me to be the Systems administrator to our e-Learning system hence playing a key role in the organisation. My relationships with all my co-workers and peers is excellent and I am popularly and fondly known to them all. I have been able to adapt to all levels of staff and various levels of communication; thus being able to accommodate anyone effectively in my daily tasks.
Pros: Career growth and development
Cons: The challenge is now having to grow further and this would only happen by moving out of my current role

I have gained so much experience in all store departments
I am honest reliable hardworking individual who is passionate about giving a good customer care.. I have good interpersonal skill I can work independently. I have five years i n customer service. Getting along with my colegues is the besy priority

Cons: you work long hours an yet the salary is still small at the end of the month

Wonderful
It is the good company, it gives people the opportunity to grow and it has been the nice company you work for. The company gives its employees to help go to school and study further and give them the chances to be management, it has scholarships. It has has done lot of things for the employees. I'm greatful to work for Pick n Pay. But i need to start fresh and earn more money so i can reach my dreams.

Excellent
It's good working at pick n pay you experience different people at all times u learn how to deal with difficult customers and it's also inspiring. I have a good team with my colleagues at my department we work as a team always
