Good experience anytime

Working at pick n pay is good as I meet new sa nd different characters at our store and on a normal day I meet customers who have bad mood and its how good to know when they come back the next day thanking us the staff as a team.

Pros: Good managerial staff

I have passion and ability to wiork with many people. Im not judgemental..I can accommodate individuals as pple are not the same. YOU must love your daily job to make things easier for you cause YOU gonna be doing it every day. I learnt that people are like fingers of the hands bt we mst deal with it as it is. I enjoyed the fact of having people around me to help me when we needed each other. The most challenging is to be alone in the department whille some fellows are absent.

Great learning experience, opportunity to lead

I was given an opportunity to grow within the company , but not enough time to spend with the family which I believe it's the most important as we need to be involved in our children growth. I am very greatful for the opportunities and growth I received within the company.

Gained experience and learnt how to mult task

My time at my previous job was good hey I didn't have any problem in fact was promoted later on becoming a team leader..I had a good relationship with all the employees including the employer. With all being said the job made me to realise that in order to succeed in life you must work really hard.
