Good at skills development
Work place politics and having to be flexible doing any job required, the co workers are fun to be around and make it easier to handle pressure of the work load but the managers and supervisor's are always behind your back expecting and asking for increased work production

Learning New things
I enjoy working with co-workers especially supervisors and some workers decriminate temporary stuff Working at pick n pay helped me to learn different departments to how it's operate. Thier working hours are fewer for tempos The most challenging things are customers but I try hard to overcome that challenge

Gained experience and learnt how to mult task
My time at my previous job was good hey I didn't have any problem in fact was promoted later on becoming a team leader..I had a good relationship with all the employees including the employer. With all being said the job made me to realise that in order to succeed in life you must work really hard.

Long hours
i was working with customers, packing the warehouse onto the shelfs. the best and missed is to laugh with customers and staff. the best was i had once a month a weekend off and spend time with my own family. ill always choose work first and family second

Good communication with customers
I have learned how to treat a customer in a good way, how to make customers happy. I have also learned some wisdom word from my colleagues and i enjoyed working as a team.

Honest at work,safety minded,time keeping,team worker and good listener
I would like to apply for an electrician position. I am reliable person, disciplined, time keeper and hard working. I am qualified Electrician who did 3 years Apprenticeship at Transnet Engineering. Still willing to learn more in the future
I am very hard worker I give my all n dedicate myself to task I require help if it's needed workworking here it's all that but now I need to venture and grow within there feild

It's perfect place to gain experience.
Well on a typical day at Pick n Pay store, you will coming in everyday to do basically the same thing. Which is to greet everybody you come across while on duty customers included. The team that I work with in our department is practically become like family and I enjoy working with them. If it's one I learned at Pick n Pay is that: team work always produces excellent results. What I enjoy most in inventory capturing of data and counting stock. And the most challenging part in the work I do is when you're counting big quantity stock that is packed everywhere from the storeroom to the shop floor and helping customers out while you still have pile of work to do especially at the shop floor. Pick n Pay taught me how to work with people: especially managing to deal with difficult people.
Pros: If you're lucky you could get promoted.

Competent to any given task and yet efficiently
Duties: Doing of Gap Scan, Check Stock availability, Change of Signage, Price Change, Reduce To Clear the Stock that will soon go off, Posting Stock Take, Recount
