ThIt was great working for Pick n Pay. They have the greatest learning culture. You get fully trained for each job or department you need to manage. My relationship with my co-workers was great, I enjoyed the continuous learning and promotion incentives. The most challenging aspect of the job is to survive the extremely long hours if you are a senior manager in a store.

It was a good environment and a good learning curve
At the work place its good. Because u get to work with people meet different kind of characters u get to learn new things on am every day basis and its fun for me because am willing to do so and will yo open up for everything that bring positivity in my career
Pros: Am hard working, can work under pressure very well,am open to learning and I always give 100% to my work

Poor learning curve
I am working hard but nobody appreciate the effort, the energy and the time. The salary isn't supportive. I spend most of the time working because I don't have a basic salary. I am willing to work, I've got energy I just need a new job. I have learnt merchandising of the stock, how to control the stock and how to receive the stock. I don't really enjoy anything at my company. It is just a matter of my children and my family if it wasn't for them I'd just wait and see what's the new challenging thing that would come my way.

I was a good employee who take care of the customer, saving customers with all my duties as I can, be patient in customer always, I was always accept their concern, I have learnt to work with other people and respect them, I was work 8 hours per sometime work under pre

I'm good at calculation and very fast
I'm a neat person and I know about customers and they always comes first and if you deal with customers you must be patient and really know what you are dealing with but customer's comes first

Excellent
Ian a very hard working individual who is always willing ti meet their targets and always goes an extra mile in achieving the company's goals. An opportunity to interract with the outside pipo and a platform to showcase your capability. Iam simeone who enjoys being among people hence i chose to study Human Resources, the most difficult aspect of the job is you are the eyes of the company, the ears of the compaby but all you dont have to do is spreaf peoples personal information

You learn a.lot about retail indusrty
It is a good environment to work under with lots of challenges ,my experiences with staff was great we had an understanding. I loved being on the shop floor trading ,wht i didn't like is the red tape from my company decision makers
