Great learning and introduction to the working world.
A typical day at work starts at 7am and ends at 5pm. During the day, one will run reports, sign off adverts as well as to review financial performance. Co workers are very kind and have a good willingness to assist. In my department, knowledge sharing is highly prevalent. I have learnt the art of reporting. I enjoy working with numbers. I am challenged by the advertising aspect of the role.

Poor learning curve
A typical work day. My relationship with my coworkers is very good, they very nice,kind and very friendly. I have learned to be friendly with anyone ,always wear a smile and make sure that when the custormer leave the my workplace thay are happy most important to make custormer happy no matter what. The challenge is we never get appreciated by our employer i mean no bonuses but most challenging is to work over times and public holidays but not get paid for them

Excellent learning curve
It a very good opportunity to learn more about customers and how to to handle difficult customers. My co- workers are the most helpful people. I have leaned to be more professional and to treat customers equally with more respect.I enjoy serving customers face to face and telephonically. When customers asking you to help in other departments than the one I'm working at.
Pros: Great opportunity of promotions when you learn and study their blue file.

Team work
I work to this company procedure and I don't have any problems with the company. I am working as an Admin or inventory manager for more than 6 years now. I've learn many things and I am still learning more about this company. To work with more 200 employees it's not easy but I'm enjoying everything here.

Working in retail
A typical day at work would be to start my shift at wither 8 o' clock in the morning or later in the morning which is at 11 o' clock , I usually work at the refund counter so it's mainly doing exchanges of items and answering calls, placing of orders for other departments. My relationships with other coworkers are good, I am very friendly and kind towards everyone. I tend to remove myself from conflict at all times but also try to solve them when I am in a situation. I enjoy mostly working with different people everyday, getting to learn different ways to solve customer issues / queries via the telephone or face to face. The most challenging aspects is when we have too little staff at hand, then things usually get chaotic because customers are more challenging to assist because their might not be stock or returns cannot to be completed.

Excellent communication skills
Working in a very busy environment each an everyday,but always be in a happy place because I work with peopls employees working as so work with I love that we halping each other and is such an happy environment to be.i have learnt that in a work place yoiu have to respect your colleague S no matter at what age difference5 so that everything is gona be good no conflict9 ...I enjoy that we are very free from one another and you feel free around your management to say what What you like or not lole

Excellent growth in have studied business management at pick not pay
On sassa days it's get busy where sometimes I will have to take 15 minutes lunch. We work as a team.I have learnt that two people is better than one. I enjoy doing what is more than expected of me to help customers it makes me feels alive. When you serve rude customer.
