I'm working at pick n pay under an agent called costars, and i am working as a picker there. On my we work twelve hours night shifts only. I'm working on cold storage there so it's easy for me to get sick and thats what i don't like about my job. And it is difficult to pick because us as pickers we have to reach a certain target. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, when we are working.. we assist each other in order to finish the job on time. In my work i learned that you have to be committed to your job, you have know how to handle pressure, your mind must be at what you're doing all the time. I also learnt about safety, you have to be safe at work all the time, like you have to ware boots and reflectors. I enjoy working with my co-workers they are good people, my supervisor doesn't get bored easily. He can handle pressure, he understands our weaknesses and abilities and he is an approachable guy. Lack of system's network is a huge challenge the, and they have old equipment

Excellent customer service
I studied Business Management in Cape Town, Matriculated in 2017. I have waiting experience, customer service is what I know best and Deli assistant. I am a very hard worker I'm passionate about everything I do, I am an extrovert I work well with people but also a strong individual on my own.

Excellent review skills
At the company i use the computer when i do tne signage for the prices. I know how to comminicate with mi colligue ..I learn how to tread people n most of all i learn how to work under pressure..I enjoy to work with people to see how they think ..Tne most chalenging thing is when i face a difficult cutomers..
Pros: Im always in time at work, Iam hard worker ..the managers and staff where not working together then i try mi best to buil team work between us.I gain the trust from the customer becouse they leave the shop happy when they need something i try my best to help them to find what they need ..the fridge at ghe shop where not in good shape i pack the stock n clean the fridge ..and most of all we are in good commication

You learn a.lot about retail indusrty
It is a good environment to work under with lots of challenges ,my experiences with staff was great we had an understanding. I loved being on the shop floor trading ,wht i didn't like is the red tape from my company decision makers

Team work
I work to this company procedure and I don't have any problems with the company. I am working as an Admin or inventory manager for more than 6 years now. I've learn many things and I am still learning more about this company. To work with more 200 employees it's not easy but I'm enjoying everything here.

Good learning experience
Always go the extra mile and work after mynnormalnwork hours to bring betyerbreaultsAlwaysllll the company have changed witth management that dont know how to speak to they staff. Company rules is no swearing but yet there are senior managemebt abusing staff.

Good learner
I enjoyed working there.I was doing my best and i was paid very well.They treated me well.They only need an energetic person who can able to work for hours.They dont need a lazy person.They need you to work hard all the time.Another thing is that,you must control your mood and be friendly to other.

Excellent learning curve
orit was an a good experience working there even though the salary was not good enough. I had to work extra hard for small pay that didnt cover all my expenses. I enjoyed working as ateam and making friends with my colleagues. But i learnt how ro save money.

It is fine for me to survive but I am looking for a higher wage
Tha company that I am currently working for is great, but I feel like it's time for me to grow, interns of using my driving skill and get a challenging job. I am at the stage whereby I need a better salary.
