Learning a lot in the company
The general work that I do at RCL Foods it's growing chickens from day one to slaughter. My day to day work is to, check chickens have feed, calculate feed, and ordering feed and generally my work includes all animal welfare, preventing diseases by taking biotechnology procedures. I have good relationship with my co-workers and strengths to build up strong team. The most challenging its working long hours but which I can adjust with it. I mostly enjoy working with chicken day to day because I have learned a lot about them and I now hv a bond with them.
Pros: Learning in terms of high commercial farms

Ï‚§ Proficient multi-tasking operations
Overall Indeed is a fantastic place to work, but like most workplaces your enjoyment will depend on your team & manager. Some managers are outstanding & best in class, others are poor. The former will make you love your job, the latter will make you leave it. I don't think this is specific to Indeed, but have seen a mix in quality of managers. My own manager is world class, so I love my day to day.
Pros: Skill acquisition ,Great culture, fun and open environment.
Cons: Salary can be better

Belt conveyor, chain conveyor and elevator belts. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic control system.
I have learned a lot, from diagnose FAWEMA machine problems, faulty findings sewing machine. Do inspections daily for all machines for foreign nose. Working as team is a priority so that can save time cost of the company. I enjoyed working at fawema machine and air seal because it where most challenging to lot people are.
Pros: Diagnose palletizer when get stuck and plansifter

Excellent managing skills
Managing of approx. 100 employees including 5 line managers in the packing department.Attending and leading meetings such as planning,safety and risk,food safety,projects,engineering and Unions on a daily,weekly and monthly basis.The most challenging aspect was to drive change and teamwork in a multi cultural environment.Leader of a project called IWS to improve efficiencies on packing lines which then led to save company R 11mil. /year with a 8% increase in efficiency.

Fast paced, pressurized enviroment
RCL FOODs - planning long and short term plans daily - collaborative effort with co workers to achieve goals -Learnt about the industry, tackling challenges, advanced my problem solving skills, how to work out back up contingency plans, etc - I enjoy the fast paced environment. - the challenging part is working with people who do not co operate.
Pros: professional company, good work environment

Learning Experience
- High pressured job - coworkers are friendly - management is a bit hard headed - nothing enjoyable - dealing with people - insensitive managers - extra responsibilities dumped on you constantly - a lot of ad hoc tasks from different senior managers

I learn how to work as a team and I also gain some working skills and experience
-I was pretty enjoying doing my practical work their -me and my co-workers we were a family they teach me how to solve a kind of a job using good working skills/tools -The most thing I enjoyed is that I was doing what I love the work of my dream and using my skills and knowledge is a blessing to me

Excellent experience gain
Daily engagement with customers, promotion of sales also merchandise work on field. The staff is warm and helpful, the company is a home to its employees and customers and a great confidence builder.
