Company is small and trying to transform from running like a family business into a creal corporate. Not much diverse and trying tp adopt latest effective ways of surviving in the market.

None learnerships
I really enjoy what I do, junior management is great at the current company I work for. What I've learnt at this current company is to is working on SAP I have gotten promoted 6 times already. I really enjoy my Co workers we have a great understanding and team work. The most challenging aspect of this job is the turn around time on orders the client does not really give a forcast more of JIT (just in time) the and the production department can not keep up with our 3 weeks holding stock supply it is always a rush once orders comes through but also exciting at the end because our team always gets the work done

Cons: Short working house (the day is sometimes to short to complete all task)

Attention to details and thorough to work duties
A depot controller with drive determination and to oversee efficient receipts, storage and dispatching of wide range of goods. A hardworking individual with positive attitude.
Pros: Its a very challenging industry and I have a very good communication with the suppliers and clients
Cons: I used more time at work, mostly from 8am to 20pm

Excellent learning curve
I feels like you make a difference. People uses the information provided. Room for new innovative ways to think and do your work. People works together to achieve set goals.

Ï‚§ Proficient multi-tasking operations
Overall Indeed is a fantastic place to work, but like most workplaces your enjoyment will depend on your team & manager. Some managers are outstanding & best in class, others are poor. The former will make you love your job, the latter will make you leave it. I don't think this is specific to Indeed, but have seen a mix in quality of managers. My own manager is world class, so I love my day to day.
Pros: Skill acquisition ,Great culture, fun and open environment.

No growth opportunities
Basically its a big company but some of the things are old even the system. Employees are nor cared for ...only cared for when they have to work extra hours but no remuneration for that even a thank you....sometimes we experience racial discrimination and we as employees aren't treated equally especially money wise ...we getting paid pennies.
Pros: Not fairly treating employees and no growing opportunities

Excellent working curves
Great relationship with my supervisors,I have learn more , planning ahead, team work, cooperation, respect,time management, I enjoyed being given the opportunity to lead and being trusted when coming to my work

Learning more everyday is what motivates me
Most of my responsibilities is to service machines that s been scheduled for services or if it breaks down. What inspired me me about the job is making new spares if it's not on shelf, that's where my atantion to detail take over making thousands of dollar spares, usually I work in team and that's a good thing because 2heads are all ways better than one

I believe in growth and moving out of comfort zone. I’m doing my Masters in commerce. HR
I love what I do and enjoy the people I work with. I’m looking for a new bigger challenge in a manufacturing space. I lol after the KZN Region in Processing. I have 3 plants and Executives that are my customers. It’s a challenging role that I absolutely love, but I want more in terms of exposure to Strategy development.

Cons: I’ve outgrown the role
