Self motivated, energetic,can take instructions easily and give feedback,good team player,think out if the box, work overtime to meet my dead line,can apply batho pele concept.was a team leader working with over +- 1000 members files per week and we were only 3 if us for the whole country and under the work pressure and lack of working resources we managed to do so by improvising taking some of the job home so that atleast we can print or staple we went to the extend of buying or section our own stationary

Good leadership qualities
I'm a man who worked at the SA Army for 10 years and my driving experience in the same company is 6 Years.I'm disciplined and I follow orders as instructed.I therefore believe that my experience if it's taken to another company,can help it into reaching greater heights.I am a multi functional because I can work either as a Team or as an individual.

I have an excellent relationship with co-workers, subordinates and superiors. I was always willing to teach and pass on my experience to young or new incumbents. Work in court as a prosecutor was the most challenging, but also the most rewarding aspect of my job. My work as a (senior) prosecution counsel involved serious and complex matters related to fraud, corruption and contraventions of the Public Finance Management Act. I am a member of the Defence Reserve Force but was utilized on a continuous basis for eleven years. However, due to financial constraints, all positions of reserve force members within the Legal Division were frozen.
Pros: Exposure to all legal fields, including criminal law, disciplinary code, labour law, law of armed combat, law of contracts, etc.

Quality and accuracy of work
The experience im getting is very crucial im enjoying the most of it,sometimes very challenging but worth it What i like about my job is that it open doors for me, it actually buys me time to learn lot of things and expand my knowledge It requires a very exceptional person and someone who's eager to learn in order to grow,someone who's very good in terms of team work,taking responsibilities and always doing the job diligently... What i don't like about my job is that it requires a lot of time,we work long hours and you really have to pay attention and stay focused all the times. The environment is very acceptable,very good people im working with we have a nice relationship

Good for learning
Defence force with a primary role of defending the country as a soldier. Secondary role of maintenance of all military equipment and automotives. Learning is provided to ded within company premises under its expenses

Excellent
I have been working in bloemfontein for 9 years and lohatla for 2 years. It's the lot of work sometimes working overtime but not paid for that. The work is very nice but far from home as I'm currently from bloemfointein.

Never trust anyone except one on your team
I was working under the investigation and analysis collection and vetting field worker and during my experience I enjoyed the way thing were done in terms of the strictness and professional behaviour towards my fellow employees, I have learnt not to trust easily when someone tells you something without evidence or proof, discipline is the most valuable characteristics within the military force. the challenging aspects of my job was deployments because I couldn't handle the climate transformations

As a passionate, determined, goal – driven and dynamic person, I continually try to inspire others to achieve optimal results. I have gained invaluable experience and I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure all tasks provided to me as well as my team is completed to the best of my ability. With excellent communication, networking and well-developed interpersonal skills, I integrate well within a team and have the ability to form trusted relationships with subordinates, clients as well as superiors. My leadership style is based on mutual respect, honest communication and trust, whilst keeping an eye on the bottom line.
