Working at Sanlam
Wonderful experience working at sanlam. Flextime options and convenience with a mini mall for staff. Management can make it break this review as most things are allowed at managers discretion.

Daily learning curve and patience
Daily tasks include: - Meeting business owners or clients that wants to start their own business. - Get easy along with co - workers to help you when you need assistance. - Enjoy meeting new clients that I never met or heard of its my strength to start from scratch with a sale, than an existing client. - Main aim is to build relationships with clients which I am also good at. - Learnt to be patienced when submitting claims or new quotes for clients. - Most challenging aspect is to make sure the saves money when it comes to paying lower premiums , it depends on his reputation.

Cons: Getting tasks done on time, because of slow client service systems.

Admin assistant
I have a good relationship with most people very adjustable. I love working with people, servicing clients and keeping clients happy. Prioritizing your day do get the most important jobs done. You cannot plan your day what comes up must be handled. Advisors always work on 99 and do not plan or prepare upfront so your always under pressure. I have 30 years’ experience in the insurance environment, giving me varied skills. • Decisions and management of complaints • Personal assistant for Sanlam advisors I am a conscientious person who works fast and accurate, with a keen eye for detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. I have good people skills and I believe I could easily fit into your team.

Excellent
Working on insurance its a challenging life hard sometimes but if you patient you gain a lot of income. I spent a lot of time in the field some people are giving a challenge some they easy. My relationship with my co workers was good we spent time in the field and with corporate in a good way. I learn that in life never give up if you didn't get a business today doesn't mean its over you can still make it tomorrow. I enjoy most when I do presentation on my sources and when they ask different questions its such amazing some are fun.

My experience in sanlam
I worked in very nice of environment with 4 people sharing the office space, I used to enjoy my work every day I go to office because we were always striving to solve every challenge we come across. The company values and morals were very much important in our office and ensuring that every one play his/her role that contribute towards achieving organisational goals.
Pros: Diversity was valued and also LRA was much important
Cons: The are flexible working our but they are within South Africa Labour Law

Great learning curve
I have developed strong admin skills and reception skills that have enabled me to build a record of sustained reception lady.i thrive or challenge and change and i look forward to new opportunities to build positive customer relations every day. I beleive as as reception lady for a company my energy and creativity in tackling problems will make a positive contribution .i am equally comfortable working independently to meet company goals as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Great Growth Potential
I enjoy that interaction with different clients. I am diverse person, who is a good team player and can also work independently. I have leadership qualities that have been enhanced by holding of leadership positions whilst in my university years. And through my knowledge of languages, I’m able to communicate with all different individuals within the organisation. I believe in setting long term goals and working to achieve them through setting short term objectives which lead to me accomplishing these goals.

Excellent learning experience for a beginner
Great working experience. Just no room for vast growth. You only see growth when someone else leaves the company and you are chosen to replace that person to take over his duties which might happen after many years only.
