Great motivation in working environment
It is good working with Salman provided we on co mission only sometimes you end up not earn at all cause there's claw backs. I learnt to work independently and had a good working relationship with co-workers until they left the company. I noted my first and second year with the company, but recently it's challenging cause we work without a supporting structure it challenges a lot cause no one to report to and imho longer perform with due to that situation.
Pros: not easy in terms of growth or promotions

Learning curve

Excellent
Working on insurance its a challenging life hard sometimes but if you patient you gain a lot of income. I spent a lot of time in the field some people are giving a challenge some they easy. My relationship with my co workers was good we spent time in the field and with corporate in a good way. I learn that in life never give up if you didn't get a business today doesn't mean its over you can still make it tomorrow. I enjoy most when I do presentation on my sources and when they ask different questions its such amazing some are fun.

Getting the leads for yourself
A challenging environment,well structured,peaceful/good relationship with its employees, enough time to sort everything for your work everyday and have enjoyed working with them though challenging like getting your own leads and going extra mile to reaching targets also no limits as to how many hours you want to work but the longer the hours pays and get you more work for the next day or a month after.
Pros: yes there is a grate opportunity to grow

Great learning environment
My daily routine is to respond to clients emails, generating quotes for withdrawals and values of investment portfolios, dealing with debit orders(placing, investigating, changing dates). The work environment is competitive and vibrant. I enjoy serving the client to their satisfaction, it is a challenge but the results are always worth it. I have learnt a lot about the financial services industry.

Excellent people skills
I'm a very hardworking person,with self dicipline.I worked in an enviroment with a lot of colleages.I can work in team,I reach deadlines on time.I enjoyed my work interacting with new and diffrent people every day,the hardes part of my work was prospecting.Im a driven person and very organised.

Helping peaple
My duties on my current job is to sell sanlam products prospect for new business and also do client service as to assist client when doing cash withdrawals and assist them with any claims aswell as ammendments on their policies . The expirience i got is to always be in a position to assist client even if its after hours, and the most challenging part of my work i came across is to earn in advance and later being clawed back all the salary onced earned regarding clients who failed to pay premiums as per their contract, the most excitingg part that i enjoyed is to assit peopple to make write choices or decisions regading their moneys in term of saving it and also planning about their future together with securing mone by avoiding loans to do burials while they can plan by paying little premiums on mothly basis.
