It is a very wonderful environment to work at and great team at death claims, I have learned a lot here, I learned to be a team player, hard work pays a lot here because good performance is the goal, stress tolerance and to work under high volume of pressure. I enjoy my work because we help those in need of funeral assistance. My challenges is that some days we are faced with a lot of claims to process within the service level agreement of paying the claim within 4 hours, so that might be my challenge for me to make sure that I pay valid claims.

Gives opportunity to everyone
Its a great company and one learns a lot from it as they also have the inside courses and they helpful and assist in building one's career. All the employees are friendly and its easy to get along with the employees as they all very welcoming and are always willing to teach and educate new members. I have always enjoyed work as i know that if i don't know something or need clarity, there is always someone i can go to and get assisted, be it the colleague or the team leader who always makes sure that she is there for us whenever we need help.

Excellent environment to work in it , it gives me an opportunity to serve clients accordingly
it is a great environment to work in, it gives mw an opportunity to comminicate and rander service delivery to the client , i work a lot with client one on one everyday assisting them with what they need at that moment, my relationship with my co-workers is very healthy they are good people to work around and with them , i have learned the batho pele principles and working independetly and under pressure,i enjoy most helping aclient to get what they want and also to work under pressure, the most chalenging part of the job is not being able to assist the client to their satisfaction.

Clients centric approach
I meet 10+ people a week. I answer calls and give clients advise during face to face meetings. I learnt how to translate product benefits to clients real situation application. I like the look of my clients when I tell them how I can save money for them or draft wills for them and their families. I have done financial needs analysis and no matter how many time i do it, people are unique. I like giving presentations in front of group of people and love the interaction and engagements.

Cons: Teaching or explaining clients new things with less time.

It is very nice thing to work with the people day by day and i found it very easily to work wit my colleagues,People must be respected and pay attentively attention to the client in oder for you to figure out what the clients wants And i enjoy working with the people.

My skills include Administration and Receptionist. I work well both as part of a team and on an individual basis, and consider myself to be a creative, open, honest and interactive person. I enjoy tackling projects and developing working processes and work relationships. Sanlam - step in into corporate finance
I have an excellent relationship with all my colleagues at Sanlam. I really love the work that I do. However, I have reached a comfort zone and need something different in order to grow. I am in a finance reporting role whereby I prepare management accounts, reporting packs, afs and board reports to exco.
Pros: Close to home, stable position
Cons: No room for growth, outgrown position
