You work harder and smarter, you work under a lot of pressure to archieve goals that are set. Most challenging espect is learning how to deal with difficult clients and not reaching your target and you wony get paid month end because its commision based.

My Daily jobs
I action replacements, ensure that PDD/FAIS by intermediaries is followed, actioning Section 14's,3's and plan 27's. Updating intermediaries on unpaid debit orders, lapses and requirements for the plans to issue.

Learning Curves
a typical day at work firstly is to pull out stats so the employees know where to focus on, Pay or reconcile the most important cases, the relation ship with my employees is very diplomatic and we respect each other . and to make sure that all the urgent claims are paid out immediately. I have learnt that you must handle peoples money as prompt as possible so there no write off. I enjoy when a customer is happy with my deliverables in terms of turnaround time, mostly its the system and sometimes clients not meet the turnaround time in order to pay clients or reconcile Hr Schedule,

I’m pro-active, efficient a fast learner and self-confident individual who can work independently as well as in a divers team, I can work under pressure and also maintain a high degree of confidentiality. I have good planning and leadership skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines and be punctual. I’m exceptionally computer literate and have good command of the English language as well as writing and verbal skills. I learnt how to work with people
Im good at learning people and live with them.worrking with people is hard but i mannage.I enjoy workng when everyone is at work and there is less pressure at work.It is a challenge when people start blaming you for things you didnt do.Ive learnt how to keep secrets becouse i work with peoples confidential informations.

Working at Sanlam
Wonderful experience working at sanlam. Flextime options and convenience with a mini mall for staff. Management can make it break this review as most things are allowed at managers discretion.
