It quiet a challenging environment with high work load but we always manage to meet deadline because we work as a team.challenges are that other employees are not good team players and it interferes with smooth running of processes

Work challenges
working in an environment denominated by males is a bit challenging. but i try so hard to adjust.. working at a big company with huge plants allows me to learn something new everyday. working with mechanically operated machines is what i enjoy most

My character and strengh
Its great to work with socialites and still find it well to complete tasks, I am a team player and i like helping each other and teaching, i also like to be part of opening doors and assisting in management and giving ideas.

Very good in learning especially with customers
it was very good working at sasol but i had to resign because of family issues. working with sometimes was challening because we were all same age.am a very fast person so to make things easier for the next customers. am a short boy who is funny and friendly.

I was monitoring plant talking samples doing plant inspection it was a great platform of learning in a chemical sector and follow procedure so my team was the best team ever
