Scope for learning is huge
Typical work day is problem solving. Good relationship with peers and staff Learnt a lot about dangerous goods logistics Enjoy taking charge is solving problems Most challenging is where safety protocol has been breached and a fatality occurred

I am a hard workers I love to work and learn lots and I like somthing that's little hard I work over te sometimes and some weekend to the job are likely hard to find so you must work hard and keep your job

Great learning academy
Being given the opportunity to head the runnings of a major unit on my plant during shutdown, making plant safe for two yearly routine maintenance of plant, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance to the schedule provided. Plant maintenance shutdown on unit i was assigned to was carried out swiftly with no incidents nor injuries recorded throughout the entire shutdown and startup

Daily mantainace planning Resource management/planning Ordering of material Coaching of artisan to follow WM process Co-ordination of Turn Arounds, shutdown, scoping,plant walk downs, PDR/Schedulling meetings Schedule work according to T-7 process Print cards for artisans and sign off Review previous weeks job cards And do Review meetings Learned to prioritize and work strategically to meet targets Enjoy serving others and adding value to the institution Have a way of dealing with different personalities on daily basis, which can be challenging at time.

Work challenges
working in an environment denominated by males is a bit challenging. but i try so hard to adjust.. working at a big company with huge plants allows me to learn something new everyday. working with mechanically operated machines is what i enjoy most
