Willing to take any punch for any substandard work
The most challenging aspects of my job as a quality inspector/controller was to investigate product failure which was very challenging,hence you have to find a route cause analysis
Pros: Opportunity was given hence I was just being promoted from an operator to Quality,and from the I studied further
Cons: I am used to work overtime whenever needed

I have had a very best oppertunity for advising sasol and assiting them with their systems
I wish they could have made me permanent , I how ever brought a lot of experiences to Sasol with all my projects in the past and really want to stay and continue to help. But unfortunately the position is made open for a none white employee

Tough Learning Curve
Not really a good environment for a first job, but skills offered are great. Not an easy workplace to commute to, it’s best to have your own car. Great pay, but steep internal taxes.
Pros: Generally good pay
Cons: Stressful environment, office culture can use some sprucing up, commuting is very difficult, steep intercompany taxes.

Excellent learning curve
Wide range of benefits and a whole empire of plants in various places producing a large quantity of various products in various countries. It is being ran by two joint presidents with a successful partnership of running this global multi-billion worth company.

Great work experience
The opportunity has made me grow as I have learned the importance of Supply Chain and the functions. I learned how to be a buyer, the requirements and the pros and cons of being a buyer. The company is more concerned about the safety of theirs employee as they offer safety training and inductions. I have learned about the different types of systems the use in Sasol to make their life easier.
