Sasol
Many online discussions. Relationships are good. I have learnt that Profit is key. I enjoy the constant change in scope. Sasol has many oppourtunities for growth however is very focused on BBEE. As a white femae I feel overlooked. I am a consistently Exceptional performaer

Excellent exposure to multiple electrical machinery. Good training facilities.
The company as a whole is a great company. The array of equipment available at your disposal is vast in the training centers and the plant. I’ve got a good work relationship with my co-workers. The work isn’t too strenuous and the job planning is well processed. Communicating with management is troublesome.

I love working with Sasol but I love exploring and helping different people from different places
Mond we usually have walk about where inspectors come and check the MMMA Bullets we have in our plants,, there is so much of team work and that is what I enjoy most by assisting those who are not yet compitant. I have learnt a lot about Explosive production, how to use them safely and how to blast the,. I enjoy both sides plant operation and and administration they offer me partly, the most challenging part is when 2 people are absent at work because it lowers our production through the required number of products ay

Growth opportunity
While at Sasol I have been highly exposed to the operations side of things. It is a highly pressurized environment which involves meeting a lot of deadlines and also keeping one on their toes. Co-workers are very pleasant and all the times that we have disagreements we try to resolve them amicably. Knowing different policies and procedures helps to keep a handle on what needs to be done and also the best necessary advice that we need to give to the business.
