Process safety is about the prevention of loss of containment resulting in releases that can result in fires and explosions. The experience was best and very informative.

I am a hard workers I love to work and learn lots and I like somthing that's little hard I work over te sometimes and some weekend to the job are likely hard to find so you must work hard and keep your job

A reflection on my worklife
y. I aA typical day requires an agile mindset to balance stakeholder requirements with world class SC execution within the framework of good governance. Regular extensive engagement and collaboration with EXCO as main stakeholders. My style signifies inclusiveness and participation with focus on in delivery of commitments and/or results. I have learnt that emotional maturity, resilience and an appetite for constant change is basic tools required to remain relevant in an ever changing world. I enjoy putting my experience and skillset to good use to contribute value to the bottom line of the organization. My greatest challenge in my current role is to deliver on requirements of executive members whilst complying to governance through innovative and agile problem solving abilities. This is made possible by drawing on my extensive experience and broad exposure

It a great company
1: Safety is number one priority 2: We work as team to make work much easier though we have responsible areas for each individuals 3: I have learnt that safety you should take it home as well it doesn't only apply at work 4: I think we have the best medical aid for our families 5: plant when it unstable you need act swiftly

Sasol
Many online discussions. Relationships are good. I have learnt that Profit is key. I enjoy the constant change in scope. Sasol has many oppourtunities for growth however is very focused on BBEE. As a white femae I feel overlooked. I am a consistently Exceptional performaer

Excellent exposure to multiple electrical machinery. Good training facilities.
The company as a whole is a great company. The array of equipment available at your disposal is vast in the training centers and the plant. I’ve got a good work relationship with my co-workers. The work isn’t too strenuous and the job planning is well processed. Communicating with management is troublesome.

Cons: Very hostile working environment. Discriminatory management.

Great company to work for. As a person you grow and learn everyday. It might not always be a pleasure to work with management but they strive to develop each and every one of us and grant us opportunitises we need to grow.
