I would appreciate if i could be considered for this possition.
I am currently doing a Letsema Leanership in PBB Learning & Development at Standard Bank, as an administrator. This opportunity has improved my understanding of how to interact with people and offer excellent service. My role has given me exposure to the Learning and Development environment. I am eager to learn new things, and look at new challenges as an opportunity to learn. I trust that my professionalism and willingness to learn will add value to any role.

Great experience
I am currently unemployed and looking for new job. Working at standard bank was great experience we had good relationship wit our team leader every morning we had session where we reflect on previous day and checking on everyone sharing jokes,advising one another and assisting each other.

Potential for growth
08:00-17:30 Mon-Fri 08:00-12:30 Sat I have any excellent relationship wit my co workers because of the respect we have for one another and the cooperate culture driven by the organization. I have learned about various aspects of the banking industry and how each department is inter linked to one another. What I have enjoyed most is the challenges that come with having to explain to clients how interest as accumulated and charged differently for each client as per their credit record and how theirs was calculated . The most challenging aspect was having to strike a balance between what is right according to producer and what is most helpful to the client which would sometimes contradict one another.

Excellent oportunities for growth and development
Dynamic, innovative and energetic self-driven team player Very good communication skills both written and verbal, very passionate about sales and customer service. Very friendly, tolerant and empathetic when dealing with customers as well as staff. Dealing with people is my passion.

I enjoy my role but the management is not great

Project Administration - FIT Security
Vibrant project administrator with 4 years working experience in various industries including but not limited to financial services, insurance, healthcare and banking. Currently contracted to Standard Bank as an administrator in IT Security involving cyber security, cloud computing and cryptographic initiatives. Rehearsed with Prince2 delivery methodologies and exposed to PMBOK. The bank has been delivering projects in an agile manner in the last 6 months broadening exposure to various delivery methods.

Dynamic and resourceful team player worker who thrives on new experience, confident and articulate
As a Trade officer the work i do requires attention to details as we deal with live Trades and large amounts .On a daily passed we match Trades and Reconcile invoices from Brokers which has to be accurate at all times . We have a daily connect where we dicuss the previous's day work In my Department , we are a very small Team and we get along just fine . In our space (Recons Dept ) We match entries for Derevatives , Forex & Money makerts Trades Recs and we also reconcile and pay Brokerage Fees , we have adopted Deutche Bank and Bank Of America Merrily Lynch. We reconcile and Match Trades daily

Skill growth
Reporting on regulatory process and SARB requirements. FICA on companies, individual, trust, Funds And PEP with sanction. Team work is mostly required and communication for growth and knowledge. Multitasking important as you work with queries telephonically and on email.

Poor
At this moment my challenge is to be permanent of which with been working here since last year September but no promise at all. My relationship with my coworkers is very good since I came here. I have learned that working with different people its a good experience at this moment cause you learn different things everyday.
