Great knowledge was gained

Work hours 8 to 16:30, a lot of over time was worked and the time will be given off otherwise paid. Most we will have quick meetings to discuss targets, work ethics etc We then will have coffee and then move to our stations and start preparing for walk in customers to be assisted and all other responsibilities like queries etc to be worked on. Lunch is an hour and then work till end of day.

Pros: Customer service and great way to learn a lot about banking

Excellent Learning Curve

I'm looking for a challenging work and more than willing to be in a new environment for development.I have worked for standard bank as a Customer Service Consultant for 4years full and therefore gained experience in the industry,that is where my skills were fully utilised.. Dealing with hard clients and managing to resolve customer enquiries helped me develop the passion of working with clients.

Pros: Great opportunity to liaise with clients.
Cons: Long working hours

Great for a while

Complex challenges to solve. Challenges to navigate the organization and find someone who knows what the answer is and challenging to get people to take ownership. Lack of accountability. Lots of training opportunities. Each department has a different culture. The leadership are not as strong as I would like. Great salary and perks.

I work in a very open and exciting enviroment. My day could be office bound or on the road, depending on what calls are received from branch network. The job has me constantly communicating with business stakeholders and vendors. The latter also keeps you on your toes in making sure appointments and maintenace calls are attended too.

Pros: Busy and continuous engagement with people

Excellent learning curve

I really enjoy working.my shift is fine my relationship with my co-workers is great i enjoy servicing the customers pressure is one of the challenges

Diverse and great learning curve

I attend to day to day Sales to meet target. Attend to customer requests either walk in or appointments, servicing their profiles i.e. withdrawals, personal information changes, queries and new business ( close deals). Call prospects , Filing & attend to meeting requests. I see my working environment as an adventure as you will never know what to expect, whilst i'm at it I go with the flow and enjoy together with the challenges that comes accross and resolve them where necessary.I focus on what needs to be done and that for me is a coping mechanism for any dissapointments that arises.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Industry qualifications deadlines - if you don't pass at deadline you are debared that means not being able to work i the industry until rehabilitated.

Summary

I am a confident young lady that has the willingness and tenacity to go the extra mile with a smile, my desire to perform well, experience and interaction with people from all levels will serve me well as I am a Receptionist. I believe that I could add value to any Spa as I am meticulous, driven, patient with positive energy to match. I have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients, staff and colleagues. I welcome constructive criticism as I believe that one can only “grow” thereby.
